Don't. Please just don't. I love to try new places and up their reviews but ooohhh friends. Just don't. They just finished a remodel. But after 20 minutes waiting for a server to even greet us, we walked out. There were 5 tables occupied in the whole place. And about 4 wait staff huddled at the bar talking. I asked for a manager, told her what happened as I handed the menus back and begged her to comp some food for the poor couple behind us that had been there over an hour and had cold food.
Food is fantastic never had an issue here really. The wait can be a little long because they get busy and they're understaffed but its totally worth the wait thats why you either call in and order or place your order online ahead of time and get some things done in the mean time. Staff are always pleasant a lot of people just give negative reviews because they're impatient and they blame it all on them but they're trying the best they can with the amount of large orders they get in a day! Keep on keeping on you're doing a great job
I'm a big fan of BWW, but was really disappointed on the lack of cleanliness at the eatery in Parkersburg WV. Not par to other locations I've visited in my travels. Clean and fix your bathrooms would be a good start. A little more elbow grease behind the bar too!Timing is everything. The next day after I posted this review, the location was closed due to a major renovation!
Overpriced. Even on the 1/2 off days it’s expensive. I realize with inflation costs have risen, but 2 people shouldn’t be paying almost $50 for a simple wings meal. The food quality wasn’t good either. Their appetizer (nachos) were so bad we didn’t finish it. Wings were ok but not enough to make me go back.
Customer service here is non existent. My server Laken treated me as if I did not exist. Did not ask how the food was or if I wanted a refill. Just very poor. I understand West Virginia is 96% white we are all still human even the 3% black.
My brother and I went for Lunch. I got 10 Boneless Hot with Ranch and a Pepsi. He got the New Brisket Sandwich with Fries and a couple Miller Lites. The draft was a little flat so he switched to bottles.Staff was friendly and waitress very attentive.Definitely recommend and will go back again!! Used my BWW app for my points!
The food here was really good!! I got the chicken wrap and you choose what wing flavor you want on it. We were seated promptly when we came in to the restaurant. The prices are actually really good considering fast food prices are more than some of the options on the menu. The restaurant was pretty clean aside from a couple of tables where customers had just left. The bathrooms were very clean and stocked. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.
Second time trying this place. First time, our server was very slow at getting to our table and once food was delivered he never came back to refill drinks or even see if the food was good. Which it wasn’t, our wings were cold and like I said, no refills.This time, our server was not any better, she rang our food in wrong, and when our wings finally came out, they were cold again, and my lemon pepper was supposed to be sauced but they had dry rub. When I told her this, instead of offering to fix my order, she said she could bring me a cup of the sauce. Needless to say we won’t be back here again. I really wanted to like it here.The pretzels are pretty good though!
My husband went there and saw a mouse scurry from under their booth. When they went to leave, the mouse was under the table just chilling. He attempted to tell the waitress, but she never came back. On their way out, he told staff about it to give them a heads up (as we’ve been in the restaurant industry before) and was told ever-so-nonchalantly that they already knew about it and it happens all the time. This particular facility has gone downhill fast. Whenever I go, the wait times are ridiculous, food is cold, and our servers are usually nowhere to be found. I understand how the restaurant life is, but this place is just awful now. …Mice running around definitely confirm my choice not to return.
Decent place to eat. Food is OK. Service is pretty good. Atmosphere is really good. If the could put it all together then it would be great.
