My Waitress was excellent and gave me First Class Service...Excellent Banana Bread - Home madeAs well as my plate
this may be the worse managed restaurant ever waited nearly an hour to sit. there where exactly 5 tables open the rest of them where empty. there where several employees just standing around so staff wasn't an issue the manager was absolutely clueless she was standing at the register several employees came to her. one even told her someone who paid left without getting the food. mean while at least 4 of the employees were standing by the back door eating and joking like there wasn't anyone waiting to eat. still the manager stood there doing nothing I personally saw 4 family's walk out because they waited to long. I asked the hostess for an explanation from the manager. but the manager refused to come over. she was asked several times by patrons what the problem was again she refused to answer. whoever owns this store you lost alot of money on 02/27/22 about 2:30 pm due to incompetent leadership.
Very dissatisfied! Fried chicken was extremely hard and dried out. No butter included with 12 dinner rolls??? Pie was very disappointing also. Last time I’m going to spend $40 on food that tasted like it had sat out all day. Please improve food quality!!!!
Me and my family have always loved bob evans we made it our weekend spot always had a good meal and good service but today we waited almost 20 minutes to get a waiter our silverware wasn’t clean and our food wasn’t cooked all the way very disappointed I don’t know if we will be back anytime soon.
Good food just a little toe slow on service not server problem at all she was great just they were to busy for the staff they had is all but good experience just be wary of the time u go they might have cut servers to soon
