I guess they don't believe in gravy on a country fried steak. There is not even an option for it on the app. The last time I ordered it I figured they thought we could use the gravy that came with the mash potatoes. So I figured I would change up and order Mac and cheese and the fruit. Mac and cheese was ok and the fruit was cantaloupe and grapes. I had to toss the grapes in the trash since half was moldy and what was ok to eat did not taste that great. The cantaloupe was sliced paper thin and was not really worth getting. There will not be a third time.
Terrible. Just terrible. Served both my kids raw sausage and brought me raw chicken and then the remakes weren't done either and when they brought them they brought the bill and never offered to actually fix it so we left still not being able to eat our food.
I ordered a family meal turkey and all the fixings Food was good but waited extra 20 minutes because corn wasn't ready. All other food was already in bag. When I got home only 5 minutes away the corn was ice cold. There is no way this corn was even cooked, straight from can to container. Everything else was cold from sitting in bag for extra 20 minutes. 40.00 and had to reheat everything.
All the food is amazing. The people are so friendly and helpful.
Picked up an order for a customer. Bag was not sealed so decided to check items. Something was missing. Nicely told them about it. Acted like there was no way anything could be missing because usually they seal the bags meaning that they always know what's in there--because when its sealed the delivery person obviously can't check it. Whether its sealed or not someone could still make a mistake and not pack an item. Checked twice, it was not in there. I was nice about it and understood they were busy. Felt like they expected me to just let the customer live without it. Annoyed.
Complete trash. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated and there where only 6 tables being used!!!! They seated us across from a huge table they where putting together for a party. The floors where horrible due to them not cleaning regularly. We put in out simple order. Comes out wrong and cold. Comes back out not complete. And again the big table wasnt even there yet. Finally we go to pay and a waitress says someone will be with you shortly. Here comes the best part. Bob Evans is supposed to ask you how everything was by the cashier who turned out to be a horrible man that was the manager. We where like you not gonna ask about our experience we had oh guess how was it? Tild him what happened didnt want anything free cause couldnt tip the waitress without using the card. He was like nope on us and goes on to say the huve table just showed up with no warning i said why would you lie like that we watched you put the table together. He then starts screaming at me im paying for your food get out. My wife had to pull me out of the place before there was a bigger scene.
I used to frequent this place in the past and things were always nice. Food was good, service was great. The past couple of years have not been kind to this establishment. I don’t even know where to begin. Believe these reviews about the bad food and the incompetent management. The employees are treated like garbage and I witnessed it firsthand. I was told that they have a high turnover rate with staff, and no wonder because holy moly! The food is always very underwhelming or messed up and that is really a shame to me because I love Bob Evans. I’ll stick with driving out a little further to visit other locations. I will never return to this one.
Nice waitress but I just am not fond of the meals. (my turkey dinner tasted like it was ham, very strange taste) I would much rather eat breakfast. It was the only place I could eat fried Mush and since the virus problems - I haven't been able to get it from Bob Evans, which is really disappointing...

Well we went in at 7:45 and we were seated and we asked for more rolls and our waitress Heavenly said the throw them out and we both ordered grilled wild fire chicken salads and they didn't have any corn chips in then and the waitress for got my coffee and forgot my husband's jelly and apple butter. And forgot alot of stuff it will be the last time we go there.....
