The guy in the drive through window was rude, angry, and inconsiderate. I wasn’t greeted or thanked for coming to their restaurant. He was yelling at another employee when I drove up and he continued to yell at this person after shutting the drive through window. The food was TERRIBLE! The sandwich was cold. We didn’t even get enough straws for our drinks. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. Zero stars should be an option for this type of experience.
I went to Arby's specifically for their pizza sliders. Found out they no longer sell them. I was very disappointed about that because they were absolutely delicious. I tried the reuben sandwich and it was amazing!
Sat in line for 10 minutes after ordering, didn't receive my classic beef and cheddar sandwich, and my fish sandwich was cold. When I tried calling, the line was continuously bust. If I could give zero stars I would.
Arbys does an excellent job with Roast Beef. I can't say the same about any of the other meats.
In line at 12:28. Food to me at 12:48. Popped a fry in my mouth as I drove away. Cold. Home is less than 2 miles away. Sandwiches were cold by the time I got there. Second time service and food is disappointing. Won’t be back.
Wish I could give it 0 stars! Lobby was filthy! Every table was dirty, both trash cans overflowing, drink station not stocked and dirty, food all over the floor in the kitchen, employees talking loudly and goofing off not working (one girl was making all the food), and trash all over the floor. When we addressed it with the staff we were told they aren’t allowed to clean when customers are there. Work ethic is non existent!
drive thru: terrible service. attitude from the beginning. ??? "is that all" after each item ordered. no, I have more items! more rude people who hate their job. fire them or quit! I have been told countless times that management is aware.. but have no choice but keep these people because no workforce is available. everywhere is the same. I am not returning. Not worth the trouble every single visit.
Need to get people to give change back like make change without computer telling them what to give back

Ordered the Gyro X 3 w/fries and a drink. Everything was great as well as the staff.Employees were respectful and had experience in their jobs. I would recommend this place.
