No Decaf espresso beans. Very nice staff. I ordered a Decaf peppermint mocha latte. When the staff went to make it they were told they had no Decaf espresso beans. They said they didn't carry Decaf espresso beans at this location.
Service was ok but product had great taste but the appearance well asked for whipped topping looked like the just spooned the topping on no oreo toppings looked nothing like the picture at
Would like to give a shout-out to the girl working the drive thru yesterday at 11 am. Very shorthanded and she was still polite. They were out of everything I wanted except the breakfast sandwich, but I made the best of it she was trying.

Bagel came cold. Eggs are fake, bacons fake, everything about this place is fake and shouldn’t be allowed for human consumption. Lucky there’s not a no star option
Our family would NOT recommend this location whatsoever. We came from out of state to West Virginia for the weekend to visit family. On our way home we stopped by Tim Hortons since we do not have one where we’re located. We looked forward to stopping our entire visit. The food was great. The drinks were emasculate the nice girl even brought our food to our table My issue is that while sitting with my daughter and wife a young man who was working there raised his voice and yelled at the young lady so loudly that not only did we hear it but it caused her to go to the restroom and come out crying. We didn’t see her after that but we know she went home very distraught. We finally pinpointed the location we were at and just hope the younggirl is ok. So very upset with this and now that we know the location we will be calling corporate and taking action first thing tomorrow morning

We ordered sausage and bagels and we got bacon. The coffee didn’t have in it what it was supposed to be. The lady taken the order didn’t have a clue what she was doing. We have been going to this location for a long time on our way south. I don’t know if I will go back!
