Disappointed with the food. Flat bread appetizer was not as described. It had no taste. The Alfredo with shrimp was lacking shrimp. The meal came with three small pieces of shrimp and they had their tails. The Alfredo with chicken was slightly better but the chicken was overcooked. The burger was burnt. The shrimp scampi was the big winner. One big plus was we hit the happy hour so a few of our drinks were half price.

Terrible. My partner and I decided to have dinner here (we had been a couple times over the last several years and really enjoyed it). This evening was very different…. We started and ended our dinner with the “fried” Hungarian pepper appetizer (we had fully planned on ordering entrees and even deserts, but quickly changed our minds after witnessing what happened next). To our surprise, the appetizer came out literally in a pool of molten hot oil — so much oil that the poor waitress actually burned herself just trying to get the dish out to us, and the oil was literally dripping off the plate, onto the table, and onto the cement floor below us. See pictures. Our waitress was friendly and helped us clean up the mess, but it did little to improve what the actual issue was: quality control. Also, in the description of the dish, it listed caramelized onions in addition to the peppers — the onions were absolutely not caramelized and still had a significant crunch to them. There was a clear lack of effort put into this dish and whoever prepared it and sent it out should be ashamed of themselves. We won’t be back.

Got a chance to visit this gem of a restaurant while visiting friends and the WVU campus. What a treat! From the wonderful atmosphere to the incredible staff who were kind and gracious; to the amazing charcuterie tray which the owner paired beautifully for us with a great wine selection…the experience was top tier! If you are in Morgantown, this is a must stop for great food and service! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more on our next trip to Morgantown!

Had an enjoyable dinner recently and would definitely come here again. We liked the atmosphere, decor, and lighting…while this is “upscale” it remains casual and comfortable at the same time. Service is competent, professional, and friendly. Food quality is outstanding; menu is creative; good use of a variety of ingredients. Great wine, drinks, and beer selection. Parking lot in rear of building. A bit of a drive to get here; not located in downtown Morgantown or in the main Evansdale campus area. But, worth the short drive from the Evansdale area

This used to be our favorite place! It had started going downhill but we decided to give it a try after months. Most likely won't return. The pizza was tasteless. Waitress was horrible. Charcuterie was ok but nothing close to the BEST that it used to be. Prosecco was flat.

Making your own cheese board is soooo expensive but sooo worth it! Also, really great wine selection.

Nice atmosphere for conversation. Food and wine very good. 1st visit and there will be more!

Our experience started off bad and never really got better. We were given one “specials” menu for a table of four (2 couples). We asked the waitress for another copy and she replied in a rather annoyed tone “we usually don’t give more than one copy per table.” (I mean it’s simply another copy of a paper menu - is it really that difficult to take a table a second copy?) We honestly all looked at each other in disbelief of the attitude we received from asking for another copy of a menu! She did bring us a copy but if we would not have been with this particular couple we would have gotten up and left but we didn’t want to make the other couple leave too. Our drink order took an inordinately long time to be brought out. Then we ordered another round of drinks and ate dinner by the time they arrived at our table. We also ordered coffee at the end of our meal and was never offered a refill. Once we paid the bill, we never saw the waitress again - we couldn’t even get water. Poor service for a $250 check. We will not be going back anytime in the future and will never take another couple with us there again - we were quite embarrassed since we suggested this establishment. As far as the food goes - it was “ok”, nothing special.

A little pricey but it’s a wine bar. They have a great selection of food and drinks. Love the atmosphere here.

I love this neighborhood bar. Happy hours are the best and food is excellent.
