Yesterday I placed an order through the website. For pickup at 6:15pm. I got there around 6:10 waited 30 mins. And never got my order. That's my entire lunch break I wasted. So this morning after asking for a refund. I talked to a manager of some sorts. Who convinced me to give them another shot to make it right, today. And the same outcome happened. I am done going to this location.
Went to pick up the food that I had paid for and was greeted with a sign stating they had temporarily closed due to the employee leaving her shift
Fresh food all the time go there all the time.
Place was clean and the staff was nice. Other than that it's a typical subway. Nothing stood out as bad or good.
It takes to long to get someone to wait on you then the help you have is way to SLOW !!!
After going to Subway today it’s safe to say I will not return. My sister and I went in today were rudely ignored while a woman employee was refilling the entire case of bread. A man saw us waiting and came to help us. He took my order and then the woman came to take my sisters order. My sister ordered and the employee rudely responded saying we’re out of that with no suggestion for anything else. The man was going to put my sub in the toaster and she yelled at him to wait for my sisters sub as well. He then put them both in the toaster and hit the wrong button and she yelled at him for that too. The man needed help getting a bag to put our food in and she yelled at him once again. He was simply asking for help. We go to get our drinks and the man turns to her and begins asking her a question and she replies very loudly “can I have one minute to check my messages Jesus Christ” so loud that everyone in the store could hear. Not to mention there ice machine was down and there was a bucket of ice sitting on the counter with a scoop for the ice sitting in the entire bucket. I would have had to touch several pieces of ice to get it out. Absolutely Disgusting!!! Not to mention we are in a world wide pandemic. After complaining on subways website Candaise Whetstone reached out asking to call her. She had no sympathy for the poor man that was treated this way by one of HER employees. Did not care about the germ infested ice container left out and was more worried about the bread going stale. Sure glad I do not work for subway. I would hate to be involved with a company that lets there employees bully one another and yell “Jesus Christ” in the store, not to mention be extremely rude to customers as well. Absolutely ridiculous to say the least.Oh and you see the five star review below from Candaise Whetstone yeah she works there. Seems fake to me.
It was very good, some of the best subway I've had honestly, Took my mom with me she had a meatball sub and she said it was awesome

As the website stated under $5 cold cut combo was 499 however I was 639 plus tax. Won't be back there
