So, I go there around 5.30 pm on May 2nd 2022 and they were clised. Lobby in pitch dark, only vending machines lit up. No notice on the door, nothing. I had issues with this location a few years ago, when, as I my food was being made, the (male) training employee was being rude to the less expert girl working on my sandwich. Never been there since, after I called the day after and complained about that episode. But the store being close in peak business hours, this is a new low even for Subway. No wonder I buy from this franchise only if I have coupons in the mail or gift cards. What a shame.

These folks are FAST. When we first walked in there was a line. We considered leaving, but chose to stay. It was the right decision. The sandwhich artisans were very efficient and made perfect subs for us. From the time we walked in until the time we left was only about 13-15 minutes—WOW! This location may just be our new favorite Subway location. BRAVO to the folks working that day! Thank you.

Although management does not give the store necessary equipment or supplies, the customer service was excellent. Specifically the employee with the dark hair and the subway hair band was very helpful and extraordinary.

quite possibly the worst experience i have ever had at any food place. walked in, employee looked at me, and walked to the back. me and another customer stood there flabbergasted for 15 minutes waiting for her to come back lol. the next time i came here there I had ordered 15 mins ahead of time on the app. when i got there, they hadn’t even started making the order yet and there were a total of 2 customers in there.

My daughter works there alot I never have ate there much because of the way the store used to be I am trying to eat there more often now that everything is different People are nice and put a lot of thought into my food The prices are high sometimes but they have a lot of deals and coupons to use making it worth it in the end

They were out of at least half of the things on the menu - no tuna salad, no tomatoes, no provolone, and more. What the heck.

Honestly never had my order consistently messed up anywhere like I do here. 100% will never eat here again. Also for some reason the toaster never works or they’re always out of something, and if you order online they simply won’t call and tell you; you have to get all the way to the store to find out. They also just can’t do refunds sometimes until the next day? Idk the place is just bad

The people who work here couldn’t be any more incompetent if they tried. Worst customer service in Morgantown. Shouldn’t be surprised though - it’s Subway.

2 great sandwiches

We arrived on oct. 28th at 9:40 pm. 20 min before the store closes and the boy working said we are closed and refused to wait on us. I said the restaurant is supposed to be open till 10 pm and he said "yea we have to do prep work for tomorrow, we closed". There was a man who walked out with food just as we were walking in the doors. This is rediculous that the staff treats paying customers like this.
