I went there on may 2nd 2022 before 6.00PM. Male employee ( I believe his name was Ian) was super nice and smiling. BUT...they were out of spinach, turkey and tomatoes. Unfortunately, I have to agree with those revieweres that complained about this issue. If it's not the toaster being broken ( last time it stayed broken for weeks), it's the missing toppings and meats. It seems it never changes.
I really surprised subway let's them use there franchise tag. Went there a 3pm 5 hrs till they close ordered a cold cut combo with spinach cheese tomatoes onions and vingerette dressing. They were out of the bread cold cuts and cheese. Your telling me as a franchise you have know stock in the back or are you just to lazy to bring it out
Never used to have any problems with this subway, always made great sandwiches...until recent months. They seem to always be out of something. Bread, certain meats....you're a sub shop that is supposed to operate with no bread? Today I ordered on the subway app as I usually do for the discounts, and I get there to pick it up and nothing has been made because of being out of bread...then once the order was changed, got back to my office only for my coworker to have to go warm up her chicken because it was ice cold... I've given too many chances...
I would think very hard before working for bfs companies or any of the stores they own. This company is the most unethical and unprofessional company to work for. I was fired two weeks after being promoted to General Manager. After receiving not one ounce of training for the position I was told I was not what they were looking for. The way they train is the worst I have ever seen. The pay as a general manager of $11 is pathetic and a slap to the face with all they require of the position. I do not suggest working for this company. They expect any and all employees to make it to work no matter the hazards of the roads. Very unprofessional in my book. The stores are not properly maintained being that they are disgusting and filthy.
Went here by far the worst customer service I've dealt with going to a subway but i do have to say the young man Chad i guess he's the general or was the general manger was extremely polite everytime i went here i guess whenever he's not working the other workers feel they don't need to be polite or have good customers service
Came in on time to pick up my online order, proceeded to wait 30 more minutes for him to make my order and he got the wrong bread and left off 3 of my toppings.
Bathroom not to clean. Food ok. Toaster in store doesn't work. Like food toasted. Over all I'd rate it as 2.
The sandwich artist that work here are amazing but the upper management here will fire you right before you are full time for no reason just so you don't become full time....
They make the best salads that we like
Great staff chill and engaging. Took their time to make my sandwiches perfectly. Based on my experience with the staff present, I would give them a 6/5 if I could.
