The young man working the register this Sunday afternoon was indifferent and rude to us. We stood waiting to be rung out while he and his coworker talked amongst each other. Then he turned to us, but didn't say hello or ask us anything, he was silent while I paused then began my order. I purchased a coffee and asked for a cup of water. He forgot the water, so I waited to ask for it again at the pickup counter. He gave us an annoyed look, if looks could kill y'know, then got us our water without saying a single word to us.I work at a restaurant style store that serves coffee as well, and the lack of customer service we received here would get me fired, or at least written up, if I did the same at my job. It's not even about the forgotten drink, they were busy, that happens, but the young man obviously didn't like his job or want to be here, but it made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.
Ordered a trenta dragon drink and got to the window and was given a small pink drink. When I apologized to the girl and told her it should've been a trenta dragon drink she was very rude and scoffed and rolled her eyes as as well as slammed the window shut. While she did fix my drink she was obviously mad about it and once given my drink back she just shut the window and didn't say anything to me. I get that people are overworked especially right now but come on people!
What a joke. Always out of most things. Random hours without any reason. Sloppy and way too much ice in the drinks. Go to Barnes and Noble Starbucks instead
Went in for my free drink since it was my birthday, and the girl who wrote happy birthday on my cup was very sweet and pretty. Also the drink was the best one I’ve ever had, made my day much better. ? If she sees this tell her I love her!
This Starbucks is great when it’s open… lately they’ve just put signs on the door saying the cafe is closed. The drive thru us open, and their hours online state that they’re open, but they keep their doors locked. Very frustrating to drive here multiple times to come in and sit down, only for it to be closed inside

My favorite Starbucks in town. They are always so friendly and my orders are perfect every time. Especially appreciated today! I was feeling a migraine coming on. I couldn’t spit out my order because my head was hurting so bad. The barista finished my sentence for me

Alex was swamped when I went in and still had a great attitude and made me a great drink. Overall, no bad experiences at this Starbucks! Plus gives me something to sip on while I walk around Target.
