Service was friendly however drink was made incorrectly. It's so aggravating paying for a drink that doesn't taste right and not realizing it until you have already left. I ordered a toasted white mocha and it tasted like warm milk.

More people need to be trained to use the register. It's sad that Andrew is really the only one ever working it with lines out the door while some employees are just standing there
The coffee is coffee. It perks you up. They're fast enough. The lady liked the croissant, but I forgot to wait for my cheese danish. Such is life. This one is part of the hospital and, as such, the baristas are not allowed to accept tips.
My place for a good cup of coffee.
