Customer service was bad they seemed like they didn’t even want to help us and they barely gave me and fruit for my side and my strawberries were rotten with mold on them and there were rotten pieces of lettuce on our salad.
Absolute pitiful establishment. They literally couldn't figure out how to put two sandwiches in one bag. I mean literally couldn't take two sandwiches and put them in the bag. They messed our order up so pathetically you couldn't have tried. It would've been easier if they would have just told us they were taking our money and not giving us anything(which is actually what they did). So then we decide to just call and see if they can right the ship. The ole college try right. Wrong. We happen to get this employee Jackson (or so she calls herself) that proceeds to call us retarded, simply because we asked could email the receipt. My apologies that the 30 minute commute during working hours couldn't happen twice, so driving back was not an option. Instead of looking for a way to fix it she hung up. We had another person call her as we soon found that other items were missing. Again hung up on. Not really sure how such a reputable establishment can employ such ignorant people. We literally ordered here as a group 2-3 times a week. And will not order again. They really need to tighten up. And as for Jackson, if you're reading this, maybe try delivering pizzas, the sandwich business just isn't for you.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I have worked in food service and sales for 15 years, and I can’t believe how I was treated. Our order was short missing a few sandwiches so we called and was told they couldn’t help us and to stop asking “retarded questions”. It’s sad because I used to come here all the time now I’ll let everyone know to never step foot in this pitiful establishment.
Would rate zero stars if I could. Ordered online, they only gave us like half of our order and charged us for the full amount. Wouldn’t refund us for the items that they left out. Honestly one of the craziest experiences that I’ve had with any business. Manager cursed at us and gave no way to resolve the issue. In my eyes, this is theft and nobody should go to this terrible business. HORRENDOUS!
Ordered twice and they can never get my order right. Management is unprofessional and will fight to make their wrongs right. Food is good enough to be worth the one star I have to leave. Just go to Primanti bros next door
I called at 7:30pm and the girl that answered the phone was extremely rude. She answered and said "saladworks", I was polite and asked if they were open because Google says they are but everywhere I try to get delivery says the opposite. She says, with an attitude, "we've been closing at 7 for the past month now" and hung up. I'm not from the area, so how would I know that when Google says the store is open?
I would do zero stars if it was possible. They consistently mess up our order so this time we called to see what the problem is and the manager proceeded to cuss at us and belittle us. Very unprofessional and not happy with the customer service we received at all
If you're trying to eat healthy, Salad Works is the place for you.
I go here all the time. They messed up my order one time and the manager went out of her way to make it right. It wasn't even that big of a deal to start with, but she went above and beyond.
Food was amazing great quantity and quality just wish they had their own delivery service
