Just like to send a shout out to Morgantown, WV ruby Tuesdays! Excellent service despite Massive call-offs and rude customers. Great job!

RUDE AND NOT ACCOMMODATING TO MY HANDICAPPED FATHER: Tonight I took my family out to your location for a special occasion. My father who is handicapped was excited to come here as he has never had ruby Tuesday before in his life . When we came in your hostess ignored us while standing in front of us for a solid 2 minutes . I shrugged it off because I worked in food service and I understand it gets busy . She finally acknowledged us and took us to our table. My father is a large man who is handicapped and bound to an electric wheelchair when in doors . The hostess attempted to seat us at a booth by the bar through a doorway not even large enough for his chair to pass through. When we asked her for a table due to his chair she became upset with us and told us that she can’t seat us at a table . I was insistent and so she scoffed and sat us at a table despite being very visibly upset about it . We had to move the table so he had room to sit but we also had to slide a chair out of the way so there would be room for his WHEELCHAIR . The hostess then DEMANDED my father hand her the chair, she was upset that it had blocked another empty table . My poor father looked confused because obviously he was unable to do so and she told us very rudely to just leave it . That’s all there is to tell. The food was delicious and the service from our waitress was amazing , however I do not recommend this place because of how rude the hostess was to a handicapped individual . They were not accommodating to us one bit. My father who is already self conscious about his disability made several comments throughout dinner about how he felt like a freak and unwelcome. DO BETTER

One person seating, waitressing and busing tables. And when I say one person I mean for the whole restaurant. Waiting an hour for two chicken tender meals and a cheeseburger meal when it really wasn't that busy. Pretty convinced she was probably the cook as well LOL she was obviously very overwhelmed. The price for three simple meals was pretty crazy too.

The meal was okay. We ordered her mac & cheese. She wasn't eating it so I took a bite and it was really bad. It would be nice if ya'll would let people know that it's a weird tasting cheese instead of the usual type. Her remark was that it was disgusting. I have to agree. I told the server and she said ya'll use a different cheese. I really wasn't happy about that. She ended up eating my food. Also, when they brought us our steak part of it was not cooked. She took it back and had them finish cooking it. I don't like raw meat.

Excellent. Thank you to all of you at Ruby Tuesday working through this pandemic that we all may come in for a meal outside our homes.

Great burger and service it was a little bit slow there and food could have come a little bit quicker but other than that it was great

A good start to improving Ruby Tuesday's would be to bring back the old menu. The current menu is not only extremely limited but it has been turned into Huddle House quality. actually, I think Huddle House has more to offer. Ruby Tuesday used to have high quality food and a wonderful salad bar. When we arrived at the Morgantown Ruby Tuesday today there was no one to greet us. There was no one to seat us. When we asked if we could see ourselves we didn't really get a clear answer. Our waitress was very slow and I was afraid that her eyelashes were going to fall into our food. the power turned off in the middle of our meals cooking and they set our steaks aside while they waited for the power to come back on to cook our sides. Several people left the restaurant while we were waiting for the power to come back on or the generator to kick in. They were not threatened with paying for their meals or that the manager would call the police. They were apologize to and let go. We asked for our steaks to be brought out. They brought our steaks out to us and they looked almost as bad as they tasted. My partner tried to eat their steak. I had two bites of mine. My partner had about three bites of mine. And approximately five to seven bites of their own steak. the stakes were so full of fat I couldn't get a whole bite of meat. I actually deposited my second bite into my napkin. Because it was so bad I couldn't choke it down. My partner had to leave for a doctor appointment after we discussed how the bill was too high for the meals that we received not to mention that we were completely disappointed with our meals. I stayed and asked for the manager. The manager was very cocky when he asked what was wrong with our meals. We drove out of our way to come to Ruby Tuesday's specifically.... immediately when I complained about the meal the manager claimed that we had already eaten half of it. We didn't even touch our sides. I wanted a box to take the steaks home to my dogs. And he made a comment about that. when I told him then I wouldn't pay for anything because we were so disappointed and I did not appreciate his rudeness he threatened to call the police. After stating that he was going to Discount the bill but... I said, " oh, no worries. I'll call the police. " I called the police and explain the situation. In the state of West Virginia you can't walk out on your bill. I thanked the officer. Who was kind enough to call the restaurant and make sure that I didn't skip out on the bill... I went to pay the bill, and the manager asked if there was anything he could do to resolve the situation. I told him he could take care of the bill. He refused. I asked for the owner's contact information. It was never provided. I ask for the bill. They gave me the entire bill. I told him he said he was going to discount it. He repeated that he said he was going to discount it, but... But what? also, the bill was astronomical for the food. We eat all over Morgantown and have not ever had this happen. from Stefano's, Oliverio's, Mariachis, Outback. Etc. So I paid the whole bill and told the manager that I will be telling everyone I know. I will be writing reviews and that restaurant will not be open this time next year. You don't serve people food that's not edible and expect them to pay the full amount or at all. This was an extremely disappointing dining experience.

We got the philly steak burger , the burger was very bland the toppings were great. The salad bar was great, seemed paired down but I understand that. The waitress was great. I suggest the kitchen mop not be used in bathrooms. The floor was very sticky, at least not slippery. I love Ruby Tuesday just a few bumps in road this visit.

I used to love this place but the Salad bar has very little compared to pre pandemic, menu item portions are very small and prices have increased drastically. I’m no longer a fan sadly.

We spent 62$ for food that was no where good at all. Fries old and cold, hair in my daughters food, coleslaw tasted spoiled and rotten. We were no happy at all. Bake potato had so much salt on it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
