Had a great lunch here. The service was prompt and attentive always keeping our drinks refilled and the food was delivered in good order. I had the honey Buffalo wings and a personal pizza with mushrooms pepperoni and tomatoes. All were delicious. One not I'd like to make is the pizza appeared to have onions as well. Unsure if this was a kitchen mix up or they use onions in their sauce either way could be a cause for concern regarding allergies
I ordered online and it said it’ll be done by 2:23 at the Morgantown location, I got there around 2:32 and I called 5 times sitting in the curbside pickup spot and every time I called they declined it. I’m curious if you guys put the wrong number on the sign and that’s why no one answered. I had to reheat my food when I got home because of this. Why have curbside pick up when you guys don’t answer the phone or even do it??? Thanks
Disappointed!When in town this Was our go to spot.Not A Good Experience.1. A Warm Salad.2. Warm Not Hot Wings.3. Underdone/Doughy Pizza4. Cold Fries5. Good BurgerThey remade some of the food.. It was a little better but by that time it was difficult to enjoy...Also restrooms not clean and zero paper towels.
Primanti Brothers is possibly the best place to eat in Morgantown. ALWAYS excellent food and this afternoon was no exception. Got a Hot Sausage, Iced Tea and a Personal Pizza to go. Why am I giving it a one star rating? I asked the person who seated me if I could be seated near where the Pirates game could be seen. She said "Sure". Where she seated me, the Pirates game was not in sight. My server mentioned "And I'll have someone change the channel for you". NEVER happened.I chose Primanti Bros. today SPECIFICALLY knowing I could watch the Pirates game while I ate. NEVER happened. You may say, "Scott...did you ask again or remind them?" Nope. Shouldn't have to. Two workers knew of my desires and yet failed to deliver. Twenty five dollars and no Pirates game...
I got lunch from here and was disappointed with the service received, as well as the quality of steak in the sub. I am a picky eater and hate fatty steak so I knew it was a risk to order that, but I was craving a good cheesesteak. I wasn't able to find that here. Unfortunately, after my experience here today with rude staff and reading several recent reviews expressing the same sentiment, I won't be giving anything else on their menu a try. Plenty of other restaurants in the area provide better food for the same price with happier staff.

The food and drinks are great. However, I’ve noticed from the last few times I’ve came, the waitresses have acted cold and unhappy as if they dread their jobs. It creates discomfort for the customers when there is this vibe. I hope the attitude improves because this has been consistent. And I’m not a Karen, I’m always kind and warm and understand that it’s a lot of work. Kindness and positivity towards customers is important but it’s just not here. I hope this improves.
Thought this place would be cool but the only thing cool about it is the cold breeze from the door opening. Service was abysmal, couldn't even get a pitcher of draft beers. Only come here if you are trying to sober up from a heavy pregame. Food was average at best. Do better primanti. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed
I was in your restaurant today , 1/15 , when I heard the female manager talking very poorly on current staff and former? She seemed very adiment that she was the “best”. I also heard a few employees near the bar talking poorly about her. The servers needed help, and she was no where to be found. My food was also cold and the store wasn’t even that busy. This is the second, maybe third time I’ve come in and all these issues have happened everytime. Something needs to be done. Your customers should not see the manager talkin poorly about their staff.
Parker was great. He was super attentive and always there if we needed him. We had extremely quick service and the food was fantastic. Always love it here!
