Feel free to comment. On April 10th 2022 I order from Pizza Hut. $50.13 after tip for delivery (10.00 tip) food was supposed to be delivered by door dash at 1:05pm. I ordered from Pizza Huts online site as I have done many times. At 2:45pm I called the store. I was told that the door dash driver picked up my order at 1:00 pm. I never received food. I asked for refund. Manager told me that cooperate issues refunds not the store. She got my info and said I would get refund in 24 hours. I still have not got a refund. I have called customer service 3 times each time they file my complaint and tell me Cooperate will call me in 3 days or less to issue refund. I have not received a call yet. Store closes early, deliveries are not made, or are very late. Orders are wrong, people are rude. With service this bad I wish they would just close and maybe we could get a decent pizza shop
I burned dinner. We were hungry. It was 20 minutes before they closed. The manager had everything cleaned and ready to go home, but made us some really good food in a big box, waited for us to get there at 3 mins before he was closed. He was not put out with us at all. We were grateful, because I know we inconvenienced him and caused him more work. For that , I am sorry. You were kind, smiling, tired and a professional. Thank you!
I ordered one large pizza, half & half, and my husband and I both found a couple pieces of hair throughout the pizza.. I am very disappointed and Grossed out. I spent almost $23 Dollars for hairy food. I will not be ordering here again. Once I tried to call about it, they wouldn’t answer. In the picture is one piece of hair, The other was taken out, but I took a bite into my pizza and felt that and was grossed out. Very disappointed.
I eat pizza hut two or three times a month. This was the first time I ordered from this location. The pizza was one of the best I've ever had! David, the gentleman that took my order, was very polite and even saved me some money! I will be ordering from here again.
I love pizza hut, its always been my favorite pizza. Ate it with my grandsons. I think they liked the brownie most of all. Lol
2 stuffed crust pizzas were overcooked. One didn’t even have cheese. Pizza was hard as a rock. Inedible! Had to wait 40 minutes for pizza of this quality. Have had pizza hut pizza in the past. Unfortunately this time was a waste of $$. Will be a long time before I return to this pizza hut
I had ordered on the 7th and didn’t receive my order and was told it was due to door dash not picking it up. The man on the phone didnt sound too apologetic about the matter and had a really strong tone. Was also told I would have credit for what I didn’t receive. I called and replaced my order the next day, and the lady I spoke with was very nice about it. She said her name was stephanie or a tiffany or something like that. Any way, she resolved my issue, and even helped explain pizza deals that way we can save in the future. I dont know if she was a normal employee or a part of management, but if not management, she should be promoted.On top of that, I was quoted 70 minutes on my order and received it hot around 40 minutes after ordering. The driver was so pleasant. Thank you young lady for assisting with my order. My experience with you has made me change my mind entirely from not wanting to eat there again, to now thinking that this location may be trying to fix issues and are trying to get better. If they keep this up, they will do better in the future.
I ordered on line for delivery. We order sometimes 2-3 times a month. This time, however, we could not find our usual items anywhere on the menu. I would change my rating if these items were put back on the menu. (This was the value item 2 for 5.99 and up)
