Stopped on my way to work and got a 6" Reuben and large fries. The Reuben was by far the worst I have ever had and the fries tasted like burned vegetable oil I am really disappointed by the quality of the food I received especially with the lack of quality customer service I will not be returning I would have given 0 stars if that was an option
Awesome sub. Traditional cheese steak. Perfect amount of toppings. Bread was amazing. Get lots of napkins, you will need them. But that's a compliment.
Great subs great professional crew. Clean atmosphere..... me n my mom agreed this was a place to remember when we make our 3 hr trips to ruby!
My order was made incorrectly, which happens. I did not realize until I got home so I called to explain the situation NICELY and was just going to ask them to make me another I could pick up since I paid $11 for a sandwich I couldn't even eat. Before I even could ask, I was rudely interrupted and told "if i looked at the menu, i would've known what was on the sandwich." Safe to say I told them never mind and that I won't be doing business with them again. I work in customer service and would never think to speak to a customer that way. Do better
You can make a better sandwich at home! Save your money!

Great sandwiches and fresh cut fries, the only issue is too many thin fry splinters mixed in.
Kind of expensive for a sandwich. It was ok. But we came on free cookie Tuesday so that was awesome.
My boyfriend and I eat here monthly using the BOGO coupons we get in the mail. I love that they have a grilled veggie sub… it’s hard to find a hot vegetarian sandwich around here. Plus their lemonade is so good. Even when they’re busy, the service is always friendly and you can tell they’re working hard. Our orders are always correct and is always fresh! Love Penn Station and glad we have a great one here in Morgantown.
Pricey but well worth it! Philly cheese steak is delicious and fries are good too. The cookies are the best as well!
