Really good but really pricy. The way I would put it is: Panera Bread is the Starbucks of food.Would go again though…
First off we ordered a cold brew and it was all milk and no coffee at all then trying to get it fixed was near impossible we asked the front counter who just stared at us. Then when we picked up our food from the window the lady handing us the food literally shooed us away with her hand and saying now move. I would tell the manager on duty but I’m not sure if that would change. It’s not even busy and the staff has been awful.
I always love going to Panera Bread places, this time we went to the one in Morgantown. The food was good. I had the pic two a 1/2 sandwich I had the Chicken and Avocado BLT and salad Fuji Apple, then I had a Strawberry smoothie and a cookie for 99 cents. Then my husband had the pic two he had the steak and cheese sandwich, and a cheese flatbread pizza, a soda and a cookie for 99 cents.. Now his steak and cheese sandwich was a little too toasted it was pretty crispy and it didn't have very much meat on it.Now the chocolate chip cookie as always were GREAT!!
Ordered delivery today. Hardly any toppings. Chicken only covered a small portion of sandwich.Tried to add photo but it won't let me
I came to this area for a WVU Honors Orchestra event and stopped here for lunch. I was on a time limit and I left via my group's charter bus. When we were at our destination, I realized that I left my rings on the counter in their bathroom, but I couldn't return back until after my performance. I called them and they gladly gathered my rings and put them back for me to stop by and collect them later. The service was sincere and genuine, the food was delicious and fresh. 10/10 coming here again. And leaving with my rings.
Wonderful food.I hand the broccoli and cheese bread bowl. It was delicious. Loved how I could order from the computer screen instead of waiting in line. Will definitely be back.
Busy, pretty efficient, not overly friendly but acceptable. Food was what we expected. Parking isn't bad. Busy section of Morgantown near Evansdale campus and between the football stadium and Coliseum. Location is tucked back behind some other restaurants.
We are making this Panera our regular stop for long hauls between Midwest and MD. The staff (students at UWV most likely) are always upbeat and courteous. Environment is just busy enough to know the locals frequent but not so busy it is over crowded. Staff keeps everything clean and tidy. Most important on our list, baked goods are bountiful late into the evening. So many other Panera Bread locations run out of blueberry scones in the middle of the day and don't bother baking more. We love the fact this one keeps the display full well into the evening. Seems like a little thing, but we are very particular about keeping a regular order and schedule.
Love the place, but bring Garrett back! Love the way he used to draw pentagrams in mustard on my sandwiches. Won't come back til he returns!
I was at the Panera on Paterson Drive and we’re stuck in line for 10 minutes because the cashier didn’t know what he was doing. Then at 10:59 when we finally got to the register they denied us breakfast even through they stop at 11, and they claimed they had already fully disassembled the egg cooker magically in 1 minute? It is so sad when places completely lose their customer service abilities and they hire nothing but rude employees.
