This is possibly the most dysfunctional McDonald’s in the entire country. Their dining room is quite literally never open and they often times cannot accept cards. They shut down during business hours regularly and normally have a 20 to 30 car back up at the drive-thru because there’s one person working. Avoid this place at all costs
I don't ever write bad reviews but this has happened to me about a dozen times now. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Morgantown. Every time I go here I wait for at least a half-hour even if I'm the only one in line, and without fail my order is wrong every time. Today I ordered my breakfast meal 15 minutes ahead on the app, when I got there they didn't even know what the order was so I had to retell them the order, I then waited for 20 minutes (while being the only one in the drive-through) and when I finally did get my order it was wrong.
There’s bad customer service , i had to wait 7 mins before someone even acknowledged me at the drive thru order speaker ! The employees seemed very unprofessional and in a bad mood! all in all do better
I’m a night owl so when I get hungry and don’t feel like making food I like to go to this location since it’s close to my apartment. Tonight was the 3rd time I have seen this location closed before 1am when their hours online state they are open 24/7. This was not due to a lack of employees either as when we drove off we saw 2 employees through the window. I used to work at a McDonald’s so I know 2 employees are enough to run the night shift especially on a slow night.
On December 28th after midnight my girlfriend and I went through the drive-thru and ordered food and the guy had a hard time following instructions and when we finally got our food it was cold and burnt, how they manage that serving us a cold cheeseburger that had a burnt Burger and no receipt again. The fries were cold. Just absolutely horrible.
I went on my lunch break at 1130am and I'm right beside this McDonalds so it took 3min to get there. I ordered and at 12pm I still was sitting in the drive thru. I left because I had to get back to work. And I only ordered 10 piece nugget.
Wish dining room was opened but drive thru will do
Locked lobby. Walked over to McDonald's for coffee while car was being worked on. Lobby was locked. Unable to get coffee. Thoroughly annoyed. Had to go somewhere else.
Great place for quick food. Service was good.
Absolutely atrocious service, food is consistently cold or stale.
