My husband, our friend and I dined inside on Monday, March 28th around 10 am or so. All 3 of us were very impressed with the service and the cleanliness of this location. The young man at the register was very helpful and even brought our order to our table. The order was correct and very good. I will stop there again.

I order a plain quarter pounder. I got one with mustard. I had to go back through the drive through and wait for another sandwich. The lady was friendly everything was okay. We went home figured it was just a mistake and everybody does those things. Until a few days later we went back to the same McDonald's in Morgantown. This time we had chicken sandwiches. My friend ordered hers with just Mayo. She got just pickles. No mayo only pickles. So the reason why I gave them a two is because two orders and two wrong orders. But the people were friendly. And they did fix it. But two trips out of two and both wrong.

Didn't have sweet tea when I ordered it offered to give me a refund or upcharge for something else. I took the refund and went thirsty because I don't drink soda. They also offered to put sugar in the unsweetened tea, which was already cold, and y'all k ow sugar doesn't melt in cold tea.Other than that, they almost always get the orders correct and are friendly. I would prefer to order here than some of the other ones in the Morgantown area.

In the last 5 times I've visited this establishment on my way home from work. I have got a double quarter pounder with at least 1 pattie still pink all the way through, if not both! McDonald's employees expect to be payed $15/hr, yet they can't even cook a patty correct, little alone get the order correct. You ask for no pickles and get a burger with 6 on it. Next time I visit this establishment, I'll be making a close inspection on EVERYTHING in my order. And if I find raw meat lightly browned again. I'll make all the calls I have to, till I have this place closed or at least get the night shift relieved from thier job titles.

I've made this McDonald's my 'home away from home'! The managers and employees are hard working and friendly as well. Always great service!

I was going to give this a 4 because they messed my order up the last 2 times but it was not bad. One time I got a basket of fries instead of a large and the other time I got a Double Quarter Pounder when I only ordered a single. Sooo I dunno if they messed up or were paying it forward without telling us. However, The real reason I got on to do this review is... I wanted to give a huge compliment to the girl working the Drive Thru register last night. My fiance and I went last night shortly before close and for the first time in the longest time I saw something that has become all to rare just about anywhere. The girl working the first window (register) late last night was smiling and was absolutely pleasant. She just seemed so happy with her job. It scares me, as one who has been a GM at a few restaurants, to find it so rare to see what used to be considered the "Norm" in Customer Service Hospitality not but 3 years ago stand out so much today. So it was such a delight to experience good Customer Service once again. I hope the Manager at that location or the Regional Manager even gives that girl some real appreciation. :-)

Food was cold and crusty. I do understand that it was 1020 on a Sunday night. But if you are open the food should at least be hot.

Food was hot and service was quick. However the app listed beverages that they don't have and all the softdrinks were listed as unavailable

For the love of God PLEASE STOP LEAVING PARTS OF MY ORDER OUT WHEN I COME THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. Especially when the doors are locked, then I have to sit in the drive thru line all over again.

My order was short a sandwich a month ago. Thought I'd give them another try. Same thing. Really couldn't go through the bag as I always have my my little dog with me. He loves car rides.So here is an update. Stopped in to get that sandwich that was left out on Sunday since they can only replace for 7 days and they wouldn't give it to me. It's not the cost It's the principle. They wanted name of person I spoke with. He didn't give me a name. Called again got an apology.
