I’ve never had an issue here. They’re always really fast and the staff are pleasant. Best McDonalds in Morgantown. Be sure to use the app though. You’ll save a lot of money.
Zerek and the other girl in the window was super fast and friendly. My food was made perfectly. Definitely the friendliest mcdonalds at this hour.
They are horrible at getting simple orders correct. Even after repeating it back to you.Also they always have this horrible smell coming out of there drive thru window.
Went there 4 times while they was open and they had the door locked!!! They was so lazy they couldn’t open dining and even an employee told me they would open it at 7am and it was still locked I came back at 12am and they was still locked!!!!! They would rather talk and make you wait then take your order and make your food. They constantly have 20 cars in the drive through and when I look inside they are just talking and having a blast. This is the most lazy McDonald’s I have seen in my life!
DO NOT COME HERE. REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. After countless times of having to come inside to fix my drive through combined with their employees saying verbatim “I will spit in your kids food you don’t mess with fast foods of workers” about another order while I sat waiting I’d advise anyone to drive the 2 extra minutes to another establishment this one is doomed.
Went here on 1/2/22Got my son the big breakfast w/hot cakes but the hot cakes wasn't in there. I called and Eric talked to me he wasn't any help. This was around 540am it wasn't like they were busy, and yet they still couldn't get the order correct. The one on University Avenue

Food was acceptable butthe Happy Meal didn't have the toy and my grandson wasn't happy.
My favorite McDonald's breakfast comes from this store location. Always quick and the food tastes better than any other Mackey ds on my travels
