Friendly and patient service. Clear and straightforward menu. Delicious food!Be careful when ordering your steak! If you want it cooked medium, order it medium, and it will be medium! Don't do like most places where you have to order a medium rare to get a medium because they overcook it. Their steaks are cooked to perfection!And the steak knives are small Bowie knives.
Cindy Kramer, Cindy Kraaaamer, where do I begin. Oh yeah I wasnt taking any time to get into your attitude ruining my birthday dinner.My group of 7 sat down at 7:25 pm tonight, our first drink order came at about 7:40. After ordering our meals finally at 750ish, and the salads for the meals came at about 8:20. After talking a bit, our food arrived at maybe 9:00.When the food arrived, most everyone had issues, but nobody really wanted to speak up, but I did because i ordered "The Longhorn", their top dollar steak that includes a ribeye and filet in one steak. When my steak came, I was served a 1/2 inch thick ribeye. I let the waitress know;nicely, I might add, and she said a manager would be over.Behold Cindy Kramer comes over with an attitude out the gate. I've ordered this steak probably 10 times in the last 3 months, but she thought talking over me and telling me what it "actually was," was the best way to handle everything. I was nice at first, but her attitude did it in for me.She was absolutely disrespectful, so I told her she could take her "Longhorn steak," and I just wouldn't eat. I had two beers at 7 a piece and ordered the most expensive thing on the menu with 1 premium side, but I guess that wasn't enough. Cindy Kramer is a disgrace to the company, and I feel horrible for any employee who has to actually work under her. The environment has to be horrible.I'll be posting a picture of my best friends medium rare steak that he got, as well as my lovely birthday dinner I ate when i got home since the GENERAL MANAGER couldnt handle a friendly coversation about a steak professionally.
This is our go to place for steak dinner. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, prices aren't absurd, streaks are always cooked to perfection. They have a decent variety of beer on tap and plenty more bottled. Usually no wait on weekdays, and on weekends it may be 20 minutes for the three of us to get a booth. Parking is a breeze and always somewhere to stick a truck. Heaven compared to their competitor a couple miles up the road.
We ordered online. I had mac-n- cheese along with a steak sandwich. The food was ready without a long wait. My husband and I both did not like the mac-n- cheese. Loaded with bacon and didn't taste like cheese much it had like to much garlic or onion taste in. But on the other hand the steak sandwich was the best I ever ate! It was a real piece of meat not chipped up or sliced to thin. A tender juice steak between grilled delicious bread! Can't wait to eat another sandwich ?!
Dinner was good. steak was done well. The service was great. The help was very nice to us and didn't rush us out the door. There was a major in snow storm coming

My experience wasn’t bad at all. My server michael was very great and I made sure I left him a great tip! I will definitely come back and request for him to be my server again.The restaurant was a little dirty but , the food was fantastic!!!

Busy restaurant a little too crowded for covid19 still active. Seems numerous people are just tired of covid or masks. Food was very good wait staff pleasant an accomidating. An enjoyable meal with family.
