Customer service was excellent..the lady working the cash register was great..very nice..wish I could remember her name to give the person the credit due..but I dont!! Just great to see someone that did her job correctly n great at that!! Food was as expected..great overall...food was served in a timely manner!! Overall great job long johns!!
We went through the drive-thru at approximately 6:15 pm on Wednesday, February 9th. My husband and I like Long John Silvers but have not had it in a long time. We ordered two, 2 piece fish dinners and a side of 3 shrimp. The only thing that was edible was the coleslaw!!! This is ridiculous for paying $21.00!!!! 1. The fries were the worst that we have ever eaten in our lives. They were hard, cold, dark, and had a horrible undescribable taste. We absolutely could not eat them! 2. The fish was cold, hard, and absolutely soaked in grease. We tried to eat a few bites but it hurt my teeth because the fish was so hard and crunchy!!! 3. The shrimp were not good - but not as bad as the fish. The crumbs that were put in this small box were so grease logged that they were all dark and oiled together!!! 4. The portion of macaroni and cheese was so small it was ridiculous and was not good! This absolutely is the worse food that we have ever received anywhere. This food was cooked in oil that needed to be changed. and then sat too long after cooking and should not have been served. We tried calling the restaurant because we never leave bad reviews and try to get things corrected through the proper channels. We kept getting a message that all staff were busy and to call back at another time. They were not busy while we were driving through the drive-thru and I understand that with covid they may be short staffed - but this does not help with the food that we were unable to eat!
Drive thru doesn’t work, dining room is closed, parking lot is covered in potholes, and also staff is rude

Server misheard me and gave me just crumbles instead of the family size Mac and Cheese WITH crumbles I ordered. Hush puppies tasted old and I couldn't finish them. Only thing really edible was the fries. Drink selection was okay, Pepsi products.If you're a vegetarian trying to get by with sides, just go to another restaurant. No options here. Which is pretty much a given that it's a fish restaurant, but still annoying when I'm trying to eat out with friends.

Ordered online, the food was great, but could not go inside to pick it up so I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru!
Fries were very fresh and cooked well the fish tasted very fresh and juicy
