There is absolutely nothing more disgusting than watching your employees take orders, handle money and then walk over and handle food without washing their hands first. That should be lesson # 1 in food and beverage service!!!
Always works with me on my hearing deficit. They let me pull right of to the window, and are very patient about that. When they make mistakes, they right your name down, remember you for next time and give you freebies. Gotta love KFC and it's gracious manners. Friendly, patient, clean, and happy people, The dinner is always quiet, even if there are babies and kids, yes, I do not hear well, but the ambiance is lovely and when with friends they say the sound does not carry like most places. The best part. It's healthy food. It comes up green and yellow on a diet chart.
Food was ok but service was slow and spotty. We dined in and visited the cashier three times. Two of those times were quite slow, and the second kids meal we purchased took about 15 minutes to make its way to us.Bathrooms are clean and tidy.
They must have dropped the bisquits on the floor, picked them up, and served them. They had hair and dirty greasy lint in them. Food was tossed on trash when I got home a waste of money and time. Very disappointed KFC just is not the same anymore

Did not get what we ordered, food warm not hot. Nice service.
Staff was very friendly and inviting. This is one of a few places that will allow in dining g experiences. The KFC on the western end on I-79 lost a sale for that reason.
Pretty darn good chicken The mashed potatoes and biscuits were rockin'. Coleslaw was killer.What else can you say about the place? Good all the way around.
This location 'knocks it out of the park' for KFCs -- every time I've gone here, they do an excellent job with both food and customer service. They should be in charge of all KFCs.
