Day or night. Busy or not. Slow doesn't even begin to describe it. 7 days a week, consistently awful service all around.
Ordered my food and it took over two hours, for one wrap! The tracker said it was out for delivery for over an hour before I got it and I'm less than a mile from the store! 0/10 Do Not Recommend!
ordered at 12:35 recieved confirmation. Then out for delivery at 1:20 Called at 2:00 was on hold then a driver proceeds to tell me dropped it at the wrong address. Never recommend the Suncrest Morgantown store for anything. Horrible service

I’m going to star off by saying, I NEVER write reviews unless it’s positive. But I’m writing a bad review this time. I ordered a sandwich and it was taking a long time, So, I asked a guy that is that for order pick-up and he gently replied, "no, this is for delivery"... all of sudden a lady shouted on me asking for what's your name, i was like OK... i already paid and not asking for a FREE LOL... that lady needs to improve her attitude, that's not how you talk to customers while working in service industry. She started starring at me while i was leaving, i didn't want to waste my time and wasn't in mood to argue with her. For sure, it's unprofessional and immature. I just wanted to pick up my order !
Well it's been TWO HOURS and still no subs. Ordered it at 8:03 and it’s currently 10:03, ordered online and still no update on when it will be arriving or even out for delivery.Will not order from here ever again and loved this place. Very disappointed by this service.

If I had know that "freaky fast" meant slower than a slug, i would have saved the 6 dollars in delivery charge and tip and drove to get it myself. Come on man!Edit, Cancelled my order at mid-night. Yesterday I ordered a sandwhich with extra onions, extra mayo and added peppers. What I got had almost no toppings on it. I've ordered here before with no problems, not sure why no quality to order specs yesterday. Check you order before you leave, that is my advice. The only thing that was right was the type of meat in sandwhich.
Horribly late delivery time for a place that advertises speedy service. Lengthy delivery time seems to be consistent with this location as they claim the lack of drivers is what takes so long. 10/10 would not recommend
The manager at this location has a terrible attitude and refused to so much as make an apology for my food taking 2 hours to arrive and his employee lying to me when I called. I'll never buy from this location (possibly any location) again. Freaky Fast quickly became Really Rude. Don't eat here.
