Shame on me for not reading the reviews before placing my order. Do not order delivery from this location unless you want to be like every other review: waiting at least double the amount of time promised with no idea where your order is. 1st time, shame on me. I'll never order from this branch again.... For the sake of the branch employees, I hope new ownership is in the horizon.
Waited over 2 hours for my order. Tried calling MULTIPLE times only for it to ring and the line to cut off. Now I have to dispute the charge because they had no problem charging it right away. Freaky fast my a....OH and they DID charge my credit and marked it as delivered after 4am. WTF?? They actually had the balls to run my card at the end of shift and not return the money. Thieves. Dirty, rotten, dishonest....never again.
We waited from 1:30 am to 4 am for our order and called a few times just to check on the order, and the girl was very rude each time and told us she “hadn’t seen her driver” which was a bold faced lie. We ordered on doordash and planned to give a nice cash tip to the driver since we are a bit out of the way and they said the order was completed at 2:30 am, which it never was. I’m not sure if they just decided to say this since there wasn’t a tip on the original doordash order, or what happened but the 3 times we called the girl said she “had no idea” when or if our order would be delivered. If it was never going to be delivered, we should have been told this from the get go so we could have canceled and ordered elsewhere. If you are so busy that you can’t fulfill your orders within 2 and a half hours, then you should probably take yourself off doordash and hire some more people. Experience was absolutely ridiculous and this is not the first time it’s happened. Honestly needs closed down or all new employees. Absolutely pathetic
Well, so much for Freaky Fast. The last three times I've ordered, it takes OVER an hour and a half! Even when I called to ask how long delivery was taking today, she said 30-45 minutes and here I am still waiting at 12:53 when I ordered at 11:33. Yes, I'm aware staffing levels are an issue still, however, even when you order through doordash, Jimmy Johns still uses their own drivers - I mean, if you are understaffed and overwhelmed, why not use the doordash drivers who routinely can get something delivered in 15-20 minutes. I'm 0.8 miles away and this will by last time ordering unless something drastically improves or changes.
Waited almost 2 hours for my order that wasn’t able to be tracked. Had to call the store 5 times before they would even answer to cancel the order. Refund of course won’t show up until Monday or Tuesday and now I have to order dinner from some where else with wait times of a minimum of an hour ? don’t waste your time here unless you are going there in person.Note: I live 10 minutes max from the store and called an hour after I order to check in. To which they said they were just waiting on a driver and it would be delivered shortly.
Normally I’m very happy to have some Jimmy John’s when the craving takes me, but we’ve waited for two hours with no update on our order. After calling we were told the store was waiting on the driver to return, but I could have personally gone in, ordered and been on my way in this amount of time. When ordering it’s kind of expected to have a fast delivery since that’s basically the slogan. I’m highly disappointed and will never order delivery again. Might as well cancel and go somewhere else with the wait time.I sympathize along the lines of food service being stressful, but if I wanted to wait this long I would have ordered from a sit-down restaurant on GrubHub :/
ordered 3 Turkey toms at 12am to be delivered to a hotel less than 400 feet from them. Drunk and hungry. no word by 2am. We call. “It’ll be there”. They didn’t even ask us our order number or name. Devastated. We never cancelled our order but never received it. Crying in the club
This is the worst Jimmy Johns experience. I ordered 2 hours ago and I have not received any except attitude from these employees. Every time I called politely asking where my food was, they told me “the delivery driver has it” but employees never asked me what my name was or the order number or ANYTHING. They are nasty and disgusting. I genuinely do not recommend ordering from this place, it is the worst Jimmy Johns establishment and they are extremely rude to clientele that is literally handing them money. Buy from the Lotsa Pizza or honestly? Anywhere else. They will treat you like actual humans instead of the way these people treat you. If I could give a 0, I would.
I gave it 5 stars for the accuracy of the throw. I had a beer bottle smashed on the back of my head outside of this place. I was the only fella around. Whoever threw it had a hell of an arm.
3 hr wait for my sandwich to be delivered... I ordered while at work ( 353 ft away from the store) after calling the store for 2 hrs on repeat. I got hung up on twice w/o A greeting. Finally had to lock the doors where I work to pick up my order. A simple answer of the phone explaining that the store is busy and that they were doing their best to complete the order would've gone a long way.Ps I should've learned from the last time. Canceled after 4 hrs ?
