Ordered my cookies at 9pm and it’s now 1030 and haven’t heard anything from the driver, called customer service and she said it was her first day and had no idea how to help, called the store, he text the driver, no response. Sooo… guess no cookies tonight? Big waste of money /:
Wait time is a lie on their website. Unless you want to wait over an hour for a couple of cookies, don’t order this over priced and over rated garbage.
Ordered around 10:30. At 10:57 got a text saying our order was next. Then I never heard anything after that. Around 12, decided to look outside and my cookies and milk were sitting there. Every time I order delivery, the driver texts and knocks. I didn’t get either of those. I brought my food and milk in and the milk wasn’t cold and the cookies weren’t hot. Waste of money.
The cookies were the best I’ve ever had and definitely worth the price!
Ordered via DoorDash. Waited over an hour to get notified that the order was on its way. Shortly there after, I got notified the order was delivered. Problem? It’s no where to be found. Tried calling the store, but there’s no way to actually speak to someone. Finally DoorDash was able to tell me that the order got delivered to another location and that the store is now closed, so I can’t reorder. It’s 8:30 pm on a Monday. Isn’t the name INSOMNIA cookies?? Won’t reorder. This has been ridiculous.
Cashless store and parking is not convenient. Cookies are good.
Ordered to our hotel in Morgantown, WV. It took less then 15 minutes to the hotel door. They were warm and perfect.

Never open when it says they are. Never can get an order in. Says they're open until 1am and 3am. No one answers the phone either. Probably a bunch of kids running the place. Absolutely infuriating. NEVER will get my business..
I ordered cookies and they just never bothered to bring them. Then when I called them they hung up on me.
