Only gave two stars, nothing was what I expected here. Food was terrible!
I ordered a pepperoni big daddy pizza and received a cheese pizza instead… called them to say that they didn’t get the order correct and have them remake my order and this is what I got… very disappointing…. I think I would have gotten more pepperoni on a regular size pizza… definitely going downhill with their food!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!!

Ordered a taco pizza from this place this is what I got and after calling there and them banging the phone in my ear…the manager got on the phone and I got the best laugh when he was like well I can put lettuce and tomato in a bowl and you can come get it lol after the great laugh and being a faithful customer I have made the decision to never go back to this Foxs pizza and deter everyone I know from going there if there was a super dirty douche award I would award it to the manager way to go buddy lol
This has been my go to pizza place for a while but the last few times I got my usual champ pepperoni/mushroom pizza there’s been hardly any mushrooms ☹️.
Pizza was doughy wanted thin crust nope didn't get they didn't cut pizza worse they've ever done guess they were to busy watching wvu game
Appreciate you coming this far Sabraton exit Pizza Hut it's a lot closer, you can't even get them to the deliver
I placed an order over the phone for my family & gave an address for delivery. After ordering I was told it would be a 45 minute wait (not an issue.) Over an hour passed & I called to see what the status of our order was. They told me the order was placed as a “pickup order” & that there must have been a ‘miscommunication’. They promised when their driver returned they would send the order out for delivery & apologized. Another 30 minutes pass and I still haven’t seen an order at my door. At this point my children are starving so I call again to see what is happening & I ask for some type of compensation for my trouble. I was told again that it was a ‘miscommunication’ (even though I gave an address at the start of the first call) & at that point they informed me they couldn’t do anything about my order for compensation but could give me 10% off of my next order (???).At this point I don’t know if I will order from them again & I suggest anyone considering to keep this in mind that if they mess your order up it isn’t their fault & they will do little to nothing to make it right.
