This place was immaculately clean. Like walking into a pristine theme park of beef. I tried the BLT. It was exactly what you would expect. I was hoping for more, but still got an amazing sandwich. I don't know what Moore would've been. Restrooms were clean. Everything is well stocked. Free peanuts. They're overloaded us on our fries. Exceptional restaurant. Well worth the trip.
Usually a 4 to 5 star. My wife picked up dinner for the family and did not even think to check the fries. One large order and 2 small orders were all burnt. Not a little bit- alot. Fooled me once - Five Guys Morgantown.
The food here is very good, prices are not that bad for the sizes and allotment you get. As far as service goes through the last 2 times I have been here the employees were very rude. Customer service is extremely important in places like this, there are many places I've returned to just because of the people who waited on me. This would not be one of those places

Amazing burgers all high quality. Although more expensive than McDonald’s or Burger King, the quality is 10X better.
Five Guys is the place to go for a good burger and fries experience. Their food is made from fresh, quality ingredients. If you're sharing, or one order of regular fries which will be plenty for the two of you. The burger toppings leave little else to be desired - go "all the way". They even offer sans bun option, which is good for my previous visit, because I went way overboard with all the toppings. A bun would only have gotten lost in all that goodness. And I enjoyed every mouthwatering bite of it! Already looking forward to next time.
Seems like as fine a Five Guys location as any.
Great experience all around. Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Top notch taste for burgers and fries. Monday and Tuesday, during my lunch visit, the cashier I had was exceptional. Love seeing friendly and courteous employees. It's greatly appreciated!
One of my favorite spots in Morgantown. It's a chain, sure, but honestly.... who can go wrong, here?
