I normally don't complain about orders getting messed up, but it caused me to have an allergic reaction.We came in three days ago, maybe around 8:30 pm. My roommate had called ahead and selected a dozen donuts. The donuts were all wrong, even though the worker was on the phone with her as she was selecting the donuts. That wasn't a big deal though, stuff happens, I work in work service, too.We came in the drive thru to pickup the donuts, I ordered two drinks, a caramel macchiato and a peach refresher. They did not give me the peach refresher, but the pineapple mango one. I didn't notice until I drank some. I am allergic to pineapple, and although the reaction is minor because I did not drink more, I've been dealing with throat pains, swelling, and mucus discharge from the reaction for three days now.Luckily I still had some leftover prednisone from my last reaction, but this could have been avoided, it's pretty clear that shift did not care if they got any of our order right that night, and it could have killed somebody.
My preferred latte and donut fix! Usually gets the order right and normally pretty quick service. I order on the mobile app for it's ease of use.
This store closes at 9pm, we just came through about 10 minutes before closing to grab a couple doughnuts and the workers would not answer through the drive through, then as we went to run inside the girl turned the lights off and locked the doors on us. The workers here are clearly unsupervised and closing the store early. I hope management sees this and either corrects the issue or update your store hours.
My wife and I were a little disappointed when we went into Dunkin about an hour and a half before they closed for the evening and they had very little donuts. The employees were nice but we ended up leaving without getting anything.
Can't live without my iced coffee @dunkindonuts I enjoy going to this business and the staff is friendly for being short staffed sometimes. In this time everyone is stressed and doing the best they can and they usually always hand me my coffee with a smile.
Stopped here on 10/30 prior to a WVU football game; there was a long line. So I placed my order using their app and when I got to the window, it was ready. Nice exchange with the drive thru employee and we were on our way.

I hate dunkin they always place them in a spot that impeads traffic.....its annoying when im trying to go to work and some a hole is trying cut across 4 lanes of traffic to get around a light after picking up a spiced coffee and a danish. Boo dunkin!! Booo!...but you do have the best plain doughnuts.

Sucks cannot go inside and they do not make very many different kinds of donuts like to see what I am buying ask about lemon filled they dont make them there
