I am a regular here and I always seem to come when Alizabeth is here. She is so sweet and really makes my Dunkin experience one of a kind!! I was absolutely devastated when she told me she won’t be here for much longer!!! They will return be losing a good one! ?
Food was burned and they forgot part of my order, so I had to wait in line another 10 minutes

Came thru drive they the girl taking our order was so rude and very impatient. It wasn’t super busy either. The coffee was good and so was my husbands hot chocolate. The pancake minis were horrible, they tasted like burnt cardboard. The guy at the window was pleasant and had good customer service skills, he should have been the one taking peoples orders.
Worst bagel I ever had. Ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese. Got home and found two burnt bagels with almost no cream cheese. Ruined. Also, I actually went inside and they still gave preference to the lazy people in the car.
Just jelly donuts. And they were hard. Don't go there.

I've been to this Dunkin a few times. My sandwich is always warm and the donuts were super fresh last time we went. Only downfall was you couldn't go inside early November 2021 so the drive thru line was fairly long.
I always get the large handsome nut ice coffee with extra cream and extra sugar and a shot of expresso and it's 3.95 that's a sweet price and it always just what I need to get my day going
