We have ate at Draft a few other times,but this experience was terrible. They were able to accommodate our party of 7. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to the rest of our party. We waited about 10 minutes to order drinks and a appetizer. Our appetizer came out about the Sametime the rest of our party arrived. They ordered drinks and another appetizer. It took 10 minutes to get their drinks and probably 20 minutes to get their appetizer. From the time we sat down it was over and hr. Until we actually got to order our dinner. Then of course 20-30 minutes to get our food. I did not bother to take pictures of anything. I ordered a steak salad, was not asked how I wanted my steak. It was well done, not juicy and barely warm. Portions are a good size and they do have a big selection of drinks. I would like to say try this place, hopefully you will have a much better experience then we did.
Great visit on a Friday night! Food was delicious and the service is much improved from our last visit! Tara was our server and she was great all around! Definitely a place to check out if you haven’t already!
Food is great and so is the service. Tara was very attentive. Great atmosphere. Wasn’t expecting the quality of food in a pub setting. We’ll be back!

I'm going to try again but it wasn't an amazing first visit.The service was wonderful as was our server Madison. Our drinks were rarely empty and she was super attentive.[Redacted]Loved the service, atmosphere, and the music though. I don't normally go too in depth on here but I'm really hoping to change this rating in the near future.Update: Draft did refund the food that wasn't up to par with no problem. Looking forward to my next visit as I've heard really great things!
Tell me why we call 10 minutes before coming in with a table of 4 and the host said they were not busy and we would be completely fine to walk in and get a table. Whenever we arrived the host (girl with bangs and glasses) very rudely made it clear she did not want us there. Again after we just called and they told us they weren’t busy. She rudely says “well how long are guys going to be?” excuse me? Never in my life have I had that rude/bad of an experience walking into a restaurant. Highly disappointed and feel highly disrespected.
This place was great we just got the tatchos and pretzel bites appetizers but they were phenomenal. The staff was nice but drink service was a bit slow considering they weren't busy.

Friendly service but we did not have a good experience here. We waited a hour and never received our food. When we asked about it we were told it would be another 10 min. We never were offered an appetizer or free drink for the wait. We ended up leaving after seeing multiple people who arrived after us get their meals
