A lot of young people run the place. Yes, our youth are growing up and need to learn to work, but learning proper etiquette is a major must. If you're the manager of a fast food restaurant or the manager of a five star hotel;etiquette is a must. Being upset and chewing out the customer while the drive up window is closed over a $3.50 return because you did not hear me say, "no thank you," and charged me for the item and tried to push it on me anyways, is very inappropriate. This will not get you very far in the working working. Please work on your etiquette. I do love DQ and it's food and wish it would give a full serving of gravy, not a 1/4 of a cup. Thank you.
We just went through the drive through. Everything went well. Ice cream was great.
They were under staffed slow didn't get order correct. Felt sorry for the workers. It was lunch time. Really busy
I wasn't able to get 2 different blizzards mixed together but I was able to get 2 minis and a bigger cup in order to mix it myself. He was really sweet about it. Even talked to my baby while we waited. Of course, it was really good! I mixed royal cheesecake with reeses cookie dough
This place is a complete joke, The management is so incompetent that is genuinely funny. They are grossly overcharging for fast food burgers and they can’t even get the modifiers correct. Oh and good luck reading the menu when they turn off all the lights for the drive-through two hours before close.

We live in Cheat Lake and love Dairy Queen.For a nearly new restaurant this place is an embarrassment.Always out of products and hardly ever open.Come on folks we live in a college town.Closing at 8pm is not acceptable business practice for a Dairy Queen.?
