I’m writing this review after a second poor experience at this location. The management here is clearly lacking. The employees have no structure. They walk around aimlessly as if they have nothing to do, and the person running the drive-thru clearly had no idea what was going on…this explains the long wait time others have complained about.
Went there this afternoon ordered a meal deal and 3 sandwiches for my family and sat and waited for about 15 min waiting for the food to be ran out to us and husband started driving away as I always check the bags to make sure everything is there...my husband was missing a burger so he ran back in and told them and overheard an employee asking where it was to the other employees and they said "oh we ran out of burgers" the manager was like "what?!" ...go make some burgers... why they think it's ok to short someone $7 is beyond me. And they want more money this is crazy. So we sat and waited for another 15 minutes for the extra burger. Poor customer service PERIODTTT
We were the only people in line, and we stood in line for over 30 minutes and were completely ignored. Not once even greeted by the two employees working. There was also a woman working with food without gloves, messing with a cigarette behind her ear. Just appalling. Do not go here, there is a much better Dairy Queen in Suncrest.
Still waiting in the drive thru.. has been 12+ minutes... Don't go here if you want fast service..Edit: not sure that this is supposed to be the dipped cone that dairy Queen normally puts out. Was handed this by a person with no food handlers gloves on their hands and their hands basically covered in chocolate...
They didn't give me the blizzard i asked for and it looks like someone had already been eating it
Was ok. Went there for cotton candy ? blizzard and was told they no longer have it, so was disappointed. Didn't have the selection the ones around my home have
Always heard about DQ! We passed through from out of town and had the chance to try it at this location. We waited just over 30 minutes for 2 combo meals. One of then literally had floppy cold bacon on it. This was awful. What is all the fuss about with DQ?! Yuck.
Wait was long, cost was higher then expected (per order board) and order was missing items. Went back through drive through (walk ins not welcome) had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes to ask for what was missing. To my surprise, before I said what was missing, I was told to drive around front and they would bring it out...amazing that they knew it was missing items when they gave it to me to start with.
Hamburger and a strawberry shake was very good.
Fresh food cooked to order and always hot and fresh. Ice cream that hits the spot to satisfy any cravings
