Racist cashier this morning. Talked down to African American employee and shoved my bag to me. I'm African American here on business and had a poor experience with this location. Order online so they will not know your black. smh
This is the worst chipotle I have ever eaten at. Constantly out of ingredients. Always messes up orders made through the app whether it’s pick up or delivery. Once gave me a bowl with only tomatoes and rice. Wth

Wish I could give zero stars! Every time I order from this store something is wrong with the food. Either I’m missing items from my order or the entire order is incorrect. The last time I ordered I paid extra for queso and guac and they left it out of my order. They do not care about their customers in the slightest.

Honestly terrible chipotle. Let me preface this by saying chipotle is my favorite restaurant and I eat hear 1 to 2 times. Out of the last 4 times I have got food from here delivered it has been incorrect. Things ranging from small issues to completely wrong orders. The one across town always does much better if you are eating there I would say it’s worth driving to the other one across town. My orders have been stolen fromHere as well and there is never much help from the people there
I wish I could give this location less than 1 star. I was very excited to hear about the opening of the downtown chipotle but after multiple bad experiences here I wish it would just shut down. I don’t trust ordering online here because my order is ALWAYS wildly incorrect. Most recently I went through the line and was told I couldn’t purchase one of their many bags of chips sitting right in front of my eyes because they were for online orders only—I put in an online order and went back to get the chips and the manager was short and told me she wouldn’t give me the chips because I just went through the line (even though I left and came back), then turned and walked away with no explanation. If they aren’t going to sell chips to customers they should take it out of their name and go by “Otle”. I’ve never had so many terrible experiences at one of my favorite chains. I live right by the downtown location but after this I will make the drive to the Granville location if I still want Otle that badly.
This chipotle is literally the worst. I have received more orders that were completely wrong, than right. They will often mix match ingredients on two different entrees or forget ingredients. The best is when you ask for a burrito and get a burrito bowl. They lack any care into their orders or customers.Go to the other chipotle.
I ordered the plant-based chorizo in a bowl. I'm a long time vegetarian. I found two large cube-shaped pieces of beef in my bowl. I understand that you serve meat at your restaurant and accidents happen. But is there any way you can move the plant-based options away from the meat so that this doesn't happen to people in the future? The chorizo was pretty good but I'm not sure I'll be back due to this.
