Wish I could give no stars I have Ben eating here since I moved down from ga .I have never had a bad experience but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had with any Chick-fil-A in all 25 years of my life .first off they gave me old fries they where horrible had to get them replaced .Mac and cheese was cold yet they kept telling me it just came out oven .chicken sandwich was pre-prep for closing time and also was old I understand completely that they where closing I got there at 9:25 closing time was 10:00 only thing out of this meal I highly recommend and enjoyed would be the drink please fix this (expeditiously!!)
Even though it was very busy when we arrived we got out food in less than five minutes! The food was good too.
The worst Chick-fil-A staff ever…….kinda blown away…. Slow, unpleasant and our kids chicken nuggets were so over cooked they where hard…. Look I never leave bad reviews so this is rare and hopefully no one has the experience we had.
Excellent chicken sandwiches. The best lemonade. I will always support an organization that aligns with my beliefs.
Needed a quick and fast bite on our way to Niagara Falls. This is a unique location on top of a hill. The kids enjoyed driving up. Service was good and staff were nice. The place looks clean too. We did have a good experience.
This usually is my favorite Chick Fil A, but I just got my food and it was horrible. My fries had a piece of glitter on them like from someone’s eyeshadow, and my drink wasn’t carbonated.
Went to Chic fil a today. Got the Cobb salad for the first time.. It was delicious.. had Avacado ranch dressing with it .. so good but a little to much for me.If I went all day with not eating MAYBE, I could eat it all.. but still it was very good.. .it was very clean also.. will return soon..

Best chick-filet experience my family and I have ever had. Showed up close to close and were met with nothing but great food and hospitality. Would recommend to anyone.
I paid for and picked up a very large catering order at this chick-fil-a. They made it super easy, quick, and were very helpful. They were also able to accommodate a gluten free request for us.
