Cheddars was awesome. 1st timer being at a Cheddars. The staff was friendly, great vibe, the decor was cool and the restaurant was clean. The food tasted great. We ordered the Wisconsin cheddar bites for an appetizer. So yummy! We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrapper and Monte Cristo. Both had great flavor and tasted great. If you ever get a chance to stop and grab some drinks and food... you won't regret it.
Pretty space, great service but the food choices were horrible. Most items are over 1000 calories or more. Even the salads had crazy high calorie counts. There were no healthy choices. I ordered the healthiest thing on the menu and it was so sugary and sweet I couldn’t eat it. Maybe their normal demographic isn’t looking for healthy choices. I won’t be returning.
We had a lovely meal with my family. Everything was delicious! I secretly asked a server if she would mind bringing a birthday dessert to our table for my niece who was going to have a birthday in a week but I wouldn’t be able to be with her. They outdid themselves with the most MASSIVE piece of chocolate cake I’ve ever seen and covered with chocolate sauce and surrounded by ice cream and whipped cream. It was a super sweet surprise for my dear girl who has been thru a lot of trauma in the last year…? THANK YOU for going above and beyond!
Probably one of the best restaurants in town i eat there a good bit when I'm up visiting my son Love the cheddar fries food usually really good staffs very friendly Prices are decent most days there is a wait but not too bad and its worth it
waited for over an hour at the table and no one would acknowledge us. pressed the call server button 4 times and asked the busser if we had a server- he said he would get us one and still no one ever came to our table. the restaurant was only 1/3 full so they can't say they were busy. it was just insulting at that point, so we left and went to Red Lobster and had wonderful service and a great meal in a timely manner. How will they stay in business is the real question
We had a very disappointing date night here, and I believe the overall quality has declined as this used to be a restaurant we enjoyed.The restaurant was not very full and waits on drinks and food were very long so I suspect there may have been some staffing issues. We order two cocktails which took about 20minutes to come out, along with our appetizer a few minutes after. Besides the confusingly long wait, the cocktails tasted good and the appetizer was good. I ordered a 14oz Medium Rare Ribeye and this is where the issues began. The steak was seemingly over cooked on one side with not much attention to the back side. The overcooked side of the steak was a hard, crunch texture while the inside was cooked completely until halfway where it was all pink through. I've noticed other pictures similar to mine concerning the steak. It didn't taste good so I did not eat it. Our waiter took the steak off the bill and at the time that seemed appropriate but looking back in very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled. I feel as if a manger should have came out or maybe even something subtle like offering a new one since the previous one was removed. We then ordered a dessert through the touch monitor (I try to avoid ordering through these usually) and there must have been some confusion because that took a very long time to come out and we had to "Call our Waiter" on the touchscreen to inform him we had an order placed for quite some time.We were looking for a spontaneous dinner dater with a few drinks and plenty of food and instead I feel like I spent $60 just to eat some chicken tenders, poke at my lovely date’s food, artichoke dip, wait forever for a drink, and overall feel like I got ripped off. It's a shame because we used to love this place, it's fallen off over the years, go somewhere else.
This is my favorite place now, me and grand baby my daughter her husband went yesterday, the food was delicious, also our food come pretty fast for all what we order. Very friendly place and our Server she was great also, wish caught her name, I’ll definitely be going back.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to come to Cheddars three times now. It has been a good experience both times. The first time I got the Chicken tenders and they did not disappoint! Our server was very awesome and recommended them. The second time I came I got the grilled chicken alfredo, and that was alright. But there are better things on the menu I'm sure! The price was affordable and the portions are very adequate for the price! The host has always welcomed us very warmly and it is very appreciated!
Parking lot pretty empty, should show something. Went in not crowded at all. Waitress came immediately took a drink order, then food order. Not much of a menu to choose from anymore. Waitress came out to explain it would be out soon, (we waited a long time for a burger and fries).food finally came, about 2 bites in she asked if we needed anything, she forgot sauce i asked for but after waiting so long I just figured forget it. Burgers we waited forever on were so dried out we went thru our drinks. Waited 10 minute and no waitress, hit the flashing thing on the table, almost 15 minutes go by, other waitresses pass us to quick to stop them. Finally got one to please get our waitress for and at the same time the greeter came. She got our refills. Out comes the waitress, we asked for our bill as did the table behind us whom she didn't check on at all and they left 3/4 of their plate. Sad place it has become. It was one of my top places to eat. Now we know why the parking lot was almost empty.
My food was absolutely delicious! Oh my!! I was stuffed and had a full meal to take home!
