The food, speed, price, and customer service were all great. This was our first time. We will be back.
I don't know if they are under new ownership or just new employees but they it's new employees but they really have stepped up their game their pizzas are amazing and their chicken wings are as well I would definitely give them it would definitely give them another chance if you had been disappointed in the past
Called the cheat lake location. Asked about delivery. Guy on the phone said they weren’t doing delivery. I said I would call back. The guy hung up on me.
Honestly, unless you have no other option, look someplace else for Italian food. Ordered the baked ziti and it seemed like a half-hearted dish made in like a few minutes
Terrible! Every single time I order something isn't right. Tonight, made my last order. I ordered at 5pm a Napoleon pizza. Which is a square thick crust pie. I'm about to pull in at 6pm to pick up and they call said they made a mistake and it would be ready in another 15-30 minutes. I get there 20 minutes later and am handed the round pizza they didn't remake anything nor care about the customers actual order being right. This trash is burnt, like eating cardboard. Garbage. I'll drive across town to pies and pints from now on! Bye casa di agarbage!!
Sounds like the owner doesn't care much for the Cheat Lake Store. Doesn't update his hours via google or his webpage ordering. Ordered on a "slow" day, about 3 minutes after their "new" closing hour that isn't shown anywhere except Facebook. No one from the store had the decency to call to say they closed. The next day of course I had to call to see about the refund. Manager said he is frustrated by the owner just not taking the staff's suggestions about things like the web ordering and hours. Seems like the owner should just close this location and focus on downtown.
Pizza's good, but they lied to me. Multiple employees told me they would deliver to Point Marion. It's only 15 minutes away and the driver refused. Very disappointed.
always pretty quick delivery, I love the sauce that they use on their pizza and the taste of their crust but I ordered extra mushrooms and I got absolutely none it's still a good pizza

We ordered take out today and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this establishment. Salad, baked ziti, pizza and ham and cheese hoagie were yummy. Give them a call and your business. And, be sure to thank them for coming to Cheat Lake area.
