I was visiting WV for an event and looking for a pizza place in Morgantown that could provide for a large group. I usually don't have luck with pizza places when I am away from the East Coast; however, this place was fantastic. They prepared the large order very quickly and the pizza reminded me of home. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a well seasoned and tasty slice. They have a good variety, multiple sizes, and fresh quality. A+.
I ordered some food. Came an hour late. When it came it was entirely wrong. I called and said I understood but can we fix it. The person who answered told me there's nothing they can do. I asked if I could get a refund. I was told no. They put me on hold passed me to another coworker and when I said I knew it was just another coworker and not a a manger they laughed and said," there is no manager. Deal with it." And hung up. Grubhub stated they've had this issue multiple times with how rude this company can be and thankfully refunded the order. I wouldn't have been so upset either if the pizza they gave us didnt have ingredients my son is highly allergic to. Which I told them and they laughed at too.
Do NOT waste your money!!!!!! Ordered a pizza with all pepp,, then onion and green pepper on 1/2. The onion was not the onion that belongs on pizza. It was very overwhelming. My only Pepparoni half had a strong onion taste. Not the taste I usually get on other pizzas and the garlic knots were big hawaiian rolls with seasoning, not the original. Too much bread and dry.I ordered a Dr. Pepper and got a Dr. K (BigK) lol geez.
I am too picky for pizzas. Last time eat here 8 years ago. Now again stopping by while driving through Morgantown I-79.Always fresh, hand-tossed dough, never frozen. Pizza preparation faced towards front street window. So how they making it also can be seen.Best pizza in this fun town.My all time choice is vegan:1. Alfredo sauce (instead of red sauce)2. Tomato, Spinach, Mushrooms and Olives3. Well done cooking, like crispy.
Wouldn’t rate it 1 star but it wouldn’t let me give a rating without one. Bit into my pizza and the first slice had this hair cooked into it and other slices had hair. I know mistakes happen but their response was even worse. They acted like nothing was wrong with choking on a hair this long and wanted me to come in if I wanted another pizza. Awful experience
First time here. Good pizza at a reasonable price. Definitely will be back. Service was good and friendly
Who ever works the front is very rude every time I come and pick up an order. The hospitality sucks. Like I get it I work in a restaurant before but Geez
Actually 1 star ?Burnt black chicken cutlets, overcooked pasta, Cold pizza, watery tomato sauce. Not sure how this place can send a $70 order to a house and disappoint everyone. This was an unfortunate decision, my recommendation is to avoid ordering from this place. Just moved here, could've been a lifetime customer but, Will never order from Casa D'amici again !!
I walked in and asks for change for the parking meter and they told me they don't do that. Then I ordered a meal and the girl said "You want to EAT here?" I agreed and said I'll use the change for the meter. The manager told me parking was free on Sunday. I lit up and smiled and asked the girl if it's like that all the time. She scowls and said: "I don't KNOW...ask the parking authority." They lost me as a customer
It was quick and easy, and everybody was nice. The slices are also nice and big.My criticism: The pizza was super salty yet lacked flavor. Barely sensed any sauce, and it just tasted super plain and generic, like a frozen pizza. It was also reheated after sitting on the counter, so I didn't expect a lot, but still. It filled my belly, just didn't satisfy for flavor.
