Pulled up to drive thru at Cheat Lake location around 6:45pm on 04/25/2022 because the sign on the door said to do so. Waited at the menu speaker for 3-4 minutes with no response. As I pulled around to the window to see if anyone was inside, there was a guy on his phone texting or something. I pulled up to the 2nd window, no one there. Backup to the 1st window again to see if the guy is still there, now he’s gone. Go back to the 2nd window again to see if he went up there. Nothing! I drive around to the menu speaker again, still no “sorry for your wait or were closed”. There were three cars in the employee parking. Btw, there were no other customers in the parking lot. Thanks for nothing!
Restaurant and parking lot was clean. The 2 staff I did have contact with were polite, courteous, and helpful. Food was fresh and served in a timely manner.
Normally the service is fast and friendly but the Burger King in Weston, WV must have lost some of their staff as service was much much slower. I am guessing they may have to train new employees, etc. These things happen but hoping new employees get hired & trained....keep up the good work!!!
Dear BK,Over all, your cooked food and iced treats were good and the service was, for the most part, friendly and helpful.However, the cashier, who seemed to be wearing a gray square pattern shirt seemed to completely ignore me when I tried to address a concern. I had eye contact with him, spoke my concern, he leaned over the counter and looked in the area my concern addressed and then proceeded to fill (not take) another order without even a word to me. I work with Deaf people, so I am accustomed to people not listening to me (jk) but give me some feedback or acknowledgement, please. I did not remove a star because maybe the gentleman was distracted or something, idk.I did however have to remove a star because the you seem to have quite an infestation of Toce roaches. These little buggers have quite the sweet tooth and will swarm and consume any liquid with sugar in it... Normally, you can catch them early when one or two of your sodas are out, but ALL OF YOUR COKES AND ROOT BEERS we're gone! Only sugar free drinks remain, so I figured they must have gone full locust ham on your poor restaurant. I would get an exterminator quickly before they find out just how much sugar is in your bread (it's a lot).Good luck and give em the boot,Bruce
Wish I could give zero stars! Had to sit in drive thru while they messed up the order 3x! Ordered cup of ice and plain original chicken sandwich with nothing on it. First they gave us a Chicking, next I got original chicken sandwich / mayo and lettuce! 3rd time was a charm, they finally got it right. Seems like every burger king is the same and screw up.
Had a bad time there. Men's bathroom was closed and the food tasted bad. The employees didn't really make me feel welcome so honestly a very bad experience. I enjoy burger King but not this one

Worst service lol empty parking lot, two cars in the drive through and it still takes 20 minutes to get food. Not worth the drive. Tried a second time just to be sure, I went at almost 9pm, no other customers but me, walked inside this time, and it still took 15min for a meal, and when it was done I had to yell for them to bag it and give it to me, his excuse was he didn’t know if the order was mine or not lol bro I was the only customer there hahaha but yeah, super slow, not worth the drive, there’s a Dairy Queen and Little Caesar’s right up the road.
It was Burger King! Burger was good, but lukewarm. Fries had obviously been sitting out for a bit, and the cheesy tots were lukewarm.
If I could them a 0 star rating I would. We went tonight around 630, no other cars in the drive through. We paid and continued to basically get our drinks thrown at us. The cups were covered in soda and of course no napkins were given. Our bags of food were shoved out the window and when we checked to make sure everything was there, it of course wasn't. We were missing 3 items in our order. No one was around the window to get service again so we honked the horn a few times...no one. Tried to go inside...locked doors. We had to go back through the drive though and the girl was extremely rude and swore they put the items in the bag. So they threw another bag at us with our missing items once we pulled around. She argued with us that we had our items when we pulled everything out of ours bags to double check. We flat out told her she had a bad attitude and she proceeded to tell us to get the hell out of her drive thru. As business owners, it is so unprofessional, whether you're short staffed or not. There was no excuse for the service there tonight.
