i went to redeem a reward through the app and as i went to place my order i was told that the code given was invalid and that i was not a rewards member.

Went through the drive through at around 8 pm and they were out of almost every drink. They were also completely out of multiple menu items. The worker in the drive through was rude when I asked if they had something. Also, I ordered two coke slushees and neither of them were frozen in the slightest.

Ok so we placed an order to the drive thru around 7.40 pm. We were like 4th in line and my order ( two small sides) was paid on the app. The girl at te order screen told we had to wait 10 minutes - just to tell that I was going to pick up my order. The lobby was empty and at that point none was in line at the drive thru. Hire more people!!!
My experience was great I love there new Ckn King also love their flame broiled Whopper,never had a bad meal. ?
Went for breakfast at 7:30 on Sunday 10/3. Lit up like they were open and with breakfast menu up in the Drive thru (older style of menu that has to be manuallychanged), sat at Drive thru for 5-10 minutes with no acknowledgement that I was there, then tried to go in and the place was locked up.Signs verify that in store and drive thru are supposed to be open at 7 on Sundays (6 the rest of the week), but nothing stating a reason they were still closed or why. Matter of fact, there wasn't a soul to be seen insideLeast they could do is put up a piece of paper saying they are closed due to an emergency or something.
Good iced vanilla coffee very good. Serving size small compared to serving size of lemonade which looked large. Both were ordered medium size.
