love this place but who's dumb idea was it to change Happy Hour to 3-6..most people get off at 5..give them a chance to get get here... Change it back to 7....and who's dumb idea was it to change the Happy Hour menu..If you want to lose customers. Mission Accomplished!! Just when it's going well.. someone who doesn't have much to do has to mess it up ...
my son was there with his friends this evening. The OVERWEIGHT waitress made a comment in reference to HIS weight, asking him if he was sure he could fit in a booth? I was a restaurant manager, and I can assure you that her nasty digs to him were uncalled for, and I will be visiting your place to get this crap resolved. My son is the most mild mannered guy i know, and has lost over 50 lbs over the last 5 months. He has auto immune issues. He didnt say it but i know it hurt. You need to deal with your wait staff here, because if you don't, I feel a lawsuit coming your way. You will be seeing me in the next few days to get this resolved
take out service sucks,wasted my lunch half hour waiting on food that nobody knew was ready to go,never again.

This place was TERRIBLE! I waited 30 minutes for my food. They were busy so you would think the food would be hot. The only thing that was hot was the cheese curds because they forgot them as my appetizer and brought them after the meal was served. The fries were hard and cold and so was the wings. Very dried out. Never was offered a drink refill. Spent $30 for an old meal. I will not be back
As always, the franchise shines no matter what state it's in. It's almost as if they take their training with the coast guard! Each visit is as expected from the last, a great experience. From the food to the service, always a great choice for getting some great food while watching a game.
Sat at our table for 20 minutes and had to go find our server to take our drink order. Over an hour later our food came to table cold and incorrect. Never received our dipping sauces that we requested. Manger acknowledged issues but never offered an apology. Will not be returning to this particular B-Dubs.
I love Buffalo Wild Wings however the last few times I have gotten it they have completely messed up my order. Today, i was gifted the 20/20 bundle from my apartment complex and they completely left out 10 of the 40 wings. And to add to that, I explicitly explained how I cannot get a refund through door dash because it was gifted to me and they refused to let me pick the 10 wings after they messed the order up. And it clearly was not door dashes fault as the bag was sealed and tied. I will not be returning as they literally scammed me out of 10 wings that WAS PAID for.
Terrible took 40 mins to make a burger when they said it would be 15-20 mins. The place has terrible management. They claimed their kitchen was busy when it was maybe 5 customers inside. Burger was over cooked it was warm not even hot and the fries were hard an cold.
I give it two stars only for the decent service. The food was mediocre and the beer glasses are super filthy, even after both my wife and I asking for new ones. I wish I could recommend this place, but I can't. My son's burger was terrible. Tasted like roadkill.
