Every single time we order from this place something is always left out of our order!!! We drive all the way to there to get food, pick it up get back home and items are left out. Not to mention the amount of times our orders are messed up. So it’s either some of our food is missing or our food is messed up. I’ve ordered from them many times and I’ve never had a good experience. I will never order or eat that the Suncrest Buffalo Wild Wings again, I’d much rather drive to university town center to get a better experience. Suncrest you need to do better!!
Made a order. After I picked up and got back to where we was eating. Only thing right was sauce. Wings was not what I ordered. One order was to be legs it was both. Other two orders was to be boneless they was traditional. Wanted beer cheese ended up with queso.
Went there and took 20 min for are server to come over frist time. It was clear as four servers kept walking by and all no one had a clue which section we were in. Ordered a Moscow mule not sure what it was that came out in reg glass and did not taste or look like what I had gotten from other wild wings restaurants. Would think one place to next would be the same. Maybe things would of been better if have the staff was not sitting 3 tables down from us drinking. Even the manger was there drinking.Not worth going there. Food was cold and service was not important.
Want hot fresh food served quickly? Don't go here. After waiting over 45 minutes for one burger and 6 boneless wings they arrived and had died under the heat lamp. Also the server forgot the fries. Did I mention my wife ordered a draft beer but the bartender was too busy to pour one. Was she busy? No, not at all. Just in our side of the restaurant there are over 10 tables empty. It's a Monday night. It's not busy.
I'm being very honest in saying food was good, after an hour wait in an empty restaurant! Server was clueless as to how long we were waiting. She had two tables and both of us were unhappy. My husband went to the bar to get his own beer, we asked 3 times for water, never got our ranch for our wings, had to ask for coleslaw that CAME WITH our son's meal! I recommend take out but not dining in. As I said for was good.

Unbelievable experience last night and not in a positive way..place was utterly empty because of students being mostly out of town on Christmas break. Got seated immediately without a problem. Server took a little time to approach our table for drinks. Wife and son ordered sweet tea and they received unsweetened tea. After telling the server she tried to explain that they make it different at this Bw3 and she would be happy to bring extra sugar but basically the tea we received was SWEET TEA. So because of that my wife and son decided they wanted a water and told server. Server then took our order for appetizers. After taking order for the apps it took nearly an hour to receive the appetizers. In that amount of time the server maybe stopped at our table once for additional drink orders although she had yet to bring the waters requested because the SWEET TEA wasn’t SWEET. Finally received our regular food order at the same time as the WINGS and most of it was missing. No ranch or blue cheese brought with the order and part of my sons order wasn’t correct either. At the end of the meal once we finally received the check there were drinks on the check we didn’t even order. After asking the server what the problem seemed to be she deflected the issue onto the kitchen and explained to us twice that she didn’t typically work as this BW3 but rather worked at the other town center BW3. My wife, myself,plus the guest we had in town have all worked in back of the house and front of the house kitchens before and have rarely encountered this type of service before when a place isn’t busy.
Love the food but am tired of being served cold wings.
