Food was not hot and the service was horrible. Our waitress acting like we were bothering her and when it came to get our check, she was no where to be found. Another waitress had to bring us our check.
Really great place. Meet up with my cousins for lunch. This is the second year we have done this.Staff are great.Food is great.
Went to breakfast with my husband, and it started bad right off the bat when 4 people walked past multiple times without saying anything let alone offering to seat us. We probably should have turned around and went home then, but we stayed and waited a long time for our food. When it finally arrived my husband who ordered biscuits and gravy was just served a bowl of gravy and then the waitress argued with him that she told him they were out of biscuits. Like what?? Who just orders a bowl of gravy. In addition our food had obviously been sitting for a long time, my eggs were so dry they were inedible. Plus she forgot my French toast. After 10 minutes I just asked for it in a to-go box. When I went to eat it later it had obviously been cooked where they had just cooked onions and peppers because it was stuck all over the French toast and it was also inedible. The service and food were both awful. We definitely will not be going back.
If I could give a 0 ? I most definitely would. Skimmed on sides numerous times. Banana bread had a very moldy smell on another occasion told the Manager and he just shrugged his shoulders and said yeah its like this sometimes. Tonight I ordered Sirloin steak cooked Medium with mashed potatoes, Broccoli, and carrots. They forgot the potatoes i noticed immediately. After getting home I had a hamburger with gravy onions and mushrooms on it. Oh and once again my Broccoli ? had 3 little pieces in a cup.
Food was "ok", wood floors look like last night was a bar night. They are dirty looking, toilet paer in bathroom on floor racked tiles cracked sinks.If you have balance issues floors are uneven ,sloppy in many directions.we were told 10 min wait, dining room was 25% full, i assume staffing issues. The only bright spot of day was our waitress she was great and got tipped accordingly. We had a gift card. I used to love this resturant..now it was my last time. I suggest get a engineer to check the building before it falls through the ground
I hadn't been to a Bob Evans location in years and had dinner the last time I went. I came here to have breakfast with my son since he loves breakfast foods. The food was not as great as I remember my last dinner there being. My son liked his meal, but I wouldn't order breakfast here again. The service was alright. The staff seemed unorganized and some people waited several minutes for someone to come to the register so they could pay and leave. Overall, I'd choose a similar restaurant in the area over this one again.
Was at Bob Evans today the service was TERRIBLE.. had ordered banana bread and got no butter or silverWear and when we did get our food it wasn’t half of what we ordered.. our waitress went on break and never came and checked on us.. The manager came to our table after one of the waitresses told him we were displeased and offered us a dessert.. well, dessert doesn’t make up for the poor service.. no apologies or anything.. Not good..
Ordered curbside pick up mutiple times. Items are always missing & resturant is empty at time of pickup. Called the manager after 3rd time of ordering with another mistake due to missing items. Manager offered to write my name down for a future discount or drive 30 mins to pick up items. I declined and Manager immediately hung up on me. --- poor customer service.
Called in a carry out order last night for 3 very simple items.Bowl of Chicken noodle soup, bowl of beef vegetable soup and 2 biscuits.My husband picked up brought home 2 very small containers of soup and biscuits.First of all the soup was supposed to be 12 oz portions they were 8oz portions and one of the soups was cheesy potato soup- called back and they said we can bring back and they would make it right. I explained no it was too late. Had to speak to manager and they said we can let them know next time we come in to let them know and they would give us the correct soups!!!! Wait…. How do they know it will be me and now I know why it’s been 4 years since we have been there.
Service was good but the kitchen screwed up all 4 orders at the table. Food was tepid and wrong.
