Service was moody and the bathrooms ? were very "open" my husband and myself refused to use them due to the fact we were able to see other people clearly while they were using the restroom! NASTY
Tried to order a drink and some food. Sat at the bar for almost 10 minutes while the bartender played on his phone. Never once came over to see if I needed anything.
10 dollar minimum on cards which is frustrating for those barhopping but overall the drinks were good and the service was quick. Another positive is there is a shuffle board table here.
We were seated immediately and the waitress brought our drinks and took our food order right away. I ordered fried pickles and hubby got nachos for starters. The nachos were in a huge bowl and overflowing with toppings, which he loved, both of us got boneless wings that were amazing. Didn't get my pickles until we were packing up to go, but we were in a hurry. Will definitely come back and bring our group of friends!!
Overcharged my card. My Bill was $10 and I got charged $30. They must of written down more tip, as I didn't leave one because the service is terrible.
Well got out of the house finally had a reason and the BEST reason of all ! to go downtown Morgantown to watch my son and his band.Tucker Knisell and The Night Riders on High Street Almost Heaven Bar&Grill very cool place I didn't eat anything but I saw the food coming out and it was or looked like MOUNTAIN of loaded nachos , plenty of seating available on different levels nice high ceilings and huge TVs everywhere felt like I was at The New York Stock exchange for a moment lol.. The band was great! Sound man had his work cut out for him was very hard due to those high ceilings LOUD.. Mostly WVU students and close friends & fans from my sons graduation class gooo Knights!!! A great group of young adults . The staff was very nice and helpful and loved the band so I'm sure I will be back to Motown .Thanks Almost Heaven had a great timeSincerely MommaKk
Tried to order buffalo chicken dip and was told because of the Super Bowl they were out of supplies for it. This was a Thursday, 4 days after said event and they couldn't resupply?Went in as they opened around 4pm. Took 40 minutes to get our food. The fries were undercooked.I realize this is a college town but loud earbursting music shouldn't be playing at 4pm.Waitress was nice and apologetic but I can only imagine how this place is run behind the scenes.Won't be returning.
Very loud and I sat there for 15 minutes and didn't even see any servers. They may have been around but it appears that they don't have uniforms or even an apron on so you dont actually know who works there. Great place right next door though. Gibby's I think it's called.
