Arab hospitality is the number one reason I have been coming to Alibaba since 1993. Sadly, our encounter with the owner yesterday was so vial that he brought my wife to tears. As you can see, the food is beautiful. The tahini had an unexpected strong taste. It wasn’t bad, just different. This is a dish we have ordered many times in the past. After a few bites we asked the waitress to have it replaced with Tabulli. The owner, a handsome, well dressed man in his early seventies brought it to us. He didn’t ask us what our concern was. He began to explain to us that he tasted it, there is nothing wrong with it and he has been making it this way for 52 years. When my wife spoke up to explain it may just be us and not the food, he interrupted her and said “don’t interrupt me, let me finish!” This was not spoken kindly. He didn’t say “please may I finish?”He began ranting about a customer who ate 90 percent of the prime rib and complained about it. He went to say normally the customer is always right but not when they are trying to get a free meal. I tell those customers to pay and leave I don’t need their business. By this point, I’m not so sure he was mad at us, perhaps he is mad at the world or mad that his business is not doing well? When he walked off and my warm, and kind wife who only tried to make him feel better by explaining that her request was not to be taken as a complaint about the food, was now in tears. Shaken by this encounter, we didn’t finish the meal. We paid the full amount of the bill and left a good tip.Sadly, looking at the other reports in the comments of the owner’s off-putting behavior made during the past year both towards customers and employees, the damage has already been done. This once iconic landmark of Morgantown won’t be around much longer unless this man has a change of heart and finds a better way to interact with his cliental and his employees. Sir, I do wish you the very best. You are the custodian of a great legacy with this establishment.
Excellent food prepared and served by a lovely couple! The tabouleh has a citrus zing and the babagajnouj is smoky. While I dined takeout, the dining room was very nice. It is part of the airport.
Always delicious. Large portions. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. I had Persian Chicken this time. It was soo good.
Great place for special occasions!

Good food with great view. It’s inside the Morgantown airport. You can see the planes taking off and on. Ambiance was cool. We ordered medium done beef kabab and chicken wrap.
Best falafel ever!!! The owner is so friendly and he made us feel so welcome!!! We’ll definitely return.

Everything was delicious and the waitstaff and owner were delightful. I found the service to be a bit slow for time of day and guest count but it's fun to sit next to the runway and the scenery's beautiful. The restaurant is huge and welcoming and the decor is lovely for a small airport eatery. Highly recommend.
