Well i ordered 50 wings 25 hot and 25 atomic. I got 50 hot. I ordered chicken tenders also I got all plain even when I asked to split half and half with mango habenero. I called the store and no answer. I hope they see this review and make it right *****edit ****They made it right and went above and beyond to do so. Props to the lady behind the counter
Tonight I came with my husband and the moment we walked in we were greeted. The cashier was a very polite and nice and took very good care of us. I didn't catch his name, but thank you so much and we will definitely be coming back. The food was awesome you won't regret coming here.
Austin did his Thang with the wings. Great customer service. Best wings ever. Perfectly fried, sauce was on point. He even suggested a new flavor which is mynew favorite. Next time Iam in town I definitely will visit again.
Outstanding! I ordered through door dash, fast delivery and the food was first rate. I ordered 15 Tenders (because they are just THAT good let me tell ya) and a side order of traditional wings with the Louisiana rub. The tenders were ordered plain, otherwise they will put the sauce on the tenders and sogginess will set in and you probably wouldn't like them soggy at least I don't. So plain tender with dipping sauces on the side. I got the mild sauce and with a slight hint of hot with a somewhat buttery flavor makes this sauce very tasty and a MUST TRY!!! I also got the wings with Louisiana sauce, this sauce is a good mix of Cajun and other spices that turns the heat up (but not too unbearable) and has a unique taste of cajun/smokey full New Orleans type flavor. Everyone should try this one once you'll either love it or you won't...I liked it but not as much as the mild sauce but definitely a runner up in taste. The Hawaiian sauce was just ok and has kind of a fruity heat. Lemon pepper rub is always a hit with me with a strong tangy, black pepper vibe. So bottom line this place is outstanding for take out or dine-in with good wings but outstanding tenders and the mild sauce made for a king or queen no doubt ?.
I was very disappointed to show up at 730 to be told they close at 8 and are not taking orders. When I questioned it they told me they have like 12 wings left they could make me. I told them not to worry I wouldn't be back. I have worked food service and have NEVER been able to turn away a customer 30 minutes to closing. But I guess customer service has changed since the pandemic.
The food is always hot, and prompt. I use the app to order which makes life a lot easier. Not sure why people are complaining about wait times when they choose to walk in rather then call or place and order in the app. Tronda and mark are always around at some point or another both are kind and courteous and I’ve never had a bad experience with them.
i will say i have been to a lot of places with great service but as soon as i walked into the store i was greeted with nothing but politeness and professionalism, my order was not ready yet and the workers there had done everything in their power to make sure everything was all good and ready to go. the wings themselves are absolutely amazing, very flavorful and delicious. they were prepared quickly but efficiently. the people who work here are great people and i will definitely be going there probably twice a week now because of the great experience i had there.
Great wings and great service. Staff is attentive and welcoming. Anytime I place an order online or in store, I leave happy.
Both as a DoorDash delivery driver and as a customer, I am always greeted with professional service, good attitudes, and great food.Wait times are short compared to other places, and the staff are always looking out for customers' needs.
We arrived 5 mins before opening Mark let us in he went ahead and cooked out our food Very professional, quick service, and hot & fresh… Definitely recommend this wing stop!!
