This store is the worst store I've ever been to. I can't understand why this store is so fricken incompetent as to get my orders wrong more the 90% of the time. I tried calling the manager and her excuse was that they were busy and hung up on me. I tried calling her back and she said, "call again and I will call the cops. " The customer service at this store is unacceptable. I don't want excuses. I want resolve. Fix this fricken store!!! Every time I want to order from this store I question whether they will get it right. Nine times out of ten, they don't! I'm sick and tired of it. I spend money at this store only to lose it at the competence of the employers and I blame the manger for her incompetence as well. I don't want free coupons, I want resolve! I want zero mistakes! Is that so hard to ask?!
Paid for 2 crunchy taco supreme and received 2 plain tacos not a good value since I paid 4.78 for Sunday taco specials of 1.29 each

Ordered double black bean burrito. The burrito is vegetarian, but on the first bite, i tasted meat. Returned it and they acknowledgded and made another one..The first bite of the second one also had meat in it.I realized that Taco Bell is not for vegetarian people ?
Easy on and off the highway. Used the drive through which went pretty quickly and was full. Food was hot and correct, she asked if I wanted sauces and I got the ones I asked for. No issues.
Food was hot and toasted. Great portions and really, really good. Staff was quick and friendly.
All our custom orders were right, and they were done quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lack of sporks is disappointing, but they gave me so many forks that I could build a ferris wheel.

Excellent customer service, good food. I only gave 4 stars because they discontinued the taco salad.
Great as always, reasonable prices for a quick lunch with a senior drink.
