My wife actually went to pick up an online order this evening she made with them. Just FYI, it was the best service she's ever received from there. They were so kind and nice through the speaker box...got to the window and was greeted by the nicest woman ever! The food smelled so good and was so fresh. ? top notch the best we've had from any taco bell. We greatly appreciate the kindness from the crew. We appreciate you ?? ❤️P.S. the food was amazing, and you should have an avaliable receipt when ordering online so a review can be done.
Wow, they are horrible with wait times. They literally take 1 car at a time. I thought it was only one day they were doing it but it’s like the 3rd time we’ve been and they still only take 1 at a time and make you wait to pull to the window. We sat there for 30 minutes today. Other than that they aren’t too bad. I think they just try to keep there drive thru times down but need to figure out a better way of doing it.
Great price. Always has long line due to staff purposely waiting on each order at drive through to keep their time count up. They'll take your order after the car ahead of you has already paid and given food.Numerous upon numerous times I have to go back inside to have my order fixed because they can't seem to make orders as requested. Very discouraging. Staff for the most part is friendly.
Horrible service. I am currently waiting for a door dash order and it has taken over 20 minutes. There have been no cars going through and when I went in the drive through the employee had an attitude with me. Workers were so rude it was unbelievable.
This used to be a really great Taco Bell, but unfortunately it’s just gone downhill. Everytime I order through DoorDash, I’m either missing items or they’re made the wrong way. Now when I go in, I’m missing items and they’re still made the wrong way or not even heated up. Getting really tired of the disregard for making food.
After waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes and getting our food finally. We got home to eat and was short on our family pack of soft tacos. We didn't even worry about it because it was so late at night. With all the shortages on workers in these restaurants it's hard for anyone to have a good experience anymore. All I can say is they tried.
If I could give zero stars I would. Iv eaten taco bell for almost 20 years. To the point I can smell if the order is right without opening the bag. Well the order was completely wrong. Least the drink was right so I could wash down the sadness. I was shocked when I was charged 60 cents for sour cream but open seeing the amount I got on a taco, I was relieved when I could use the amount provided to eat half a quesadilla but not eat my taco. You guys put the sad in quesadilla. Do better
Couldn't get the thing I originally wanted, got something i didn't care for because this location does NOT work with the app. Why even bother showing me the location if it doesn't work?? I don't recommend personally. It's slow, online exclusives you can't get because it won't do online stuff, staff wasn't helpful and just basically told me no without a why the online app doesn't work. Just go to a burger place or something you're better off. Edit** they forgot my fire sauce to! I worked In customer service everything I don't wanna be a Karen, but like could do so much better..
I'm not quite a taco person but this place is awesome for taco people don't take spicy things without thinking or else u face bad options of life
