It's sad when you place a order before you leave your house and still wait 30+ minutes for your coffee for it to be nasty.. Starbucks in Martin's in private owned and their coffee is 150% better than here... They have at least 6 people working here and are behind like this but Martin's NEVER has more than 3 people and are never behind. You might have to wait 5 to 10 minutes but that's it...

Drive thru line is almost always packed. Drinks are very inconsistent. When it's good it's good but there are often times where it's not.

I ordered through the app, all items were available. I get there 15 minutes later and they are out of plain bagels so I had to get something else. My grande cappuccino was only 3/4 full.

They’re super nice and I never have a problem - if only they weren’t the only drive thru Starbucks in the area. The line is so long every time I go but definitely no fault of their own. Drinks are always delicious and staff always friendly!

It's not a bad thing but if you have a hard time hearing don't sit inside. There is a lot of noise. I have hearing aids and my friends half death so it hard for us to talk. It was the nice night so we've set outside. And yes it just recently it was cold. But it was still warm. For December.

Starbucks is nothing more than a yuppie type facility, if you like that sort of thing. They have no idea what Cuban coffee is or even Ethiopian coffee. I guess I'll have to continue making it at home.

Worst Starbucks I have ever gone to, it’s sad that it’s my local Starbucks. Never open when the website says it is open, drive thru always blocked, morning crew act like stuck up punks and give you no information, just a terrible shop, I hate having to go there to get my coffee, never know if I’ll be able to or not??

Never go here I changed 3 room in 2 days, bunch of stink bugs, dirty rooms. Took 3 calls to get my money refunded. They should not be Hilton

Not the greatest Starbucks in the area. I rarely complaint on food establishments, but it is too frequent that this Starbucks lacks the consistency/quality expected of a Starbucks product. What topped it this morning was a cold ham/Swiss croissant that was cold on the inside after biting into it. Usually I reach out to Starbucks corporate on the app but maybe these public reviews will get this store the management attention it deserves.

Jenn the manager is rude and useless. I’ve seen her multiple times doing nothing. I’ve conversed with her and she is just plain rude. Hire a new GM with a better personality and who contributes besides standing around. Customer is always right
