These baristas are not as friendly as the ones at the standalone Starbucks. I stopped here to pick up the WV Been There Mug. The baristas are more reserved but helpful. I did call ahead this morning to make sure they have the Mugs. This is located in the grocery store, and it doesn't have all the food items the regular standalone stores carry. I was looking for a protein box to snack on until I get home.
The entire point of a flavored coffee is so you don't taste the crap coffee.
Dr. Krieger loves this location. Staff is friendly and works very hard. Never had any issues with my orders at this location even though they can get extremely busy.

Your website says open until 830pm, but when we tried to order tonight, at 7:15pm, we were rudely told the shop was closed. I understand worker shortages, but if you’re going to close early you should update your hours on your webpage, Facebook, etc. will not be going back!
Got the Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was great! Drive thru time was fairly quick.
